Michael Carayannis from The Telegraph is reporting the Tamou deal is worth around $700k.

$350k for two seasons is a smart deal from the Tigers, as is the possible $550k a season for JAC. Hopefully they both work out, sick of over spending on players.

I believe he took less from us over the Dragons bigger offer. Handy pick up at 2 years.

Dragons are more of a basket case than us. I read Tamou lives in western Sydney and didn’t want to move houses either hence tigers being a good option

Oh, I was just about to ask if it’s a done deal as people have mentioned his knocked back the Dragons.
On the Dragons, with Kerr established as a starting prop alongside Vaughn he may not of been offered a starting gig.
With us he may be offered a Captain role and probably gets some marquee offerings.

Some people are saying it’s done others saying it’s still in negotiations. Think we are a very very good chance of getting him though.

Definitely think he’ll be given the captaincy or at least a leadership role.

Have you not been reading the daily media stories about our club and how bad we are been run. Never got a wooden spoon yet but you would think we have 10 of them judging by the media.
POM sounded confident of Tamou so fingers crossed it happens and announced soon. I don't think it will be today as Panthers play tonight.

Sounds about right with the coming decreased cap average of some $300k. The Pom was saying that Tamou had agreed to terms and we await signing or not of a contract.

I hope we start to extend some of our good ones soon before the 1st Nov deadline passes. If we let it go too long other clubs will pounce and we may have to increase offers or miss out. Main concern about Nofo... other clubs are extending players so it's about time we gave the fans some good news and did the same.

Tigers are normally pretty slow with their announcements so guess we will have to wait and see.

Cody Ramsey (fullback) makes his debut for Dragons this weekend (on the wing).
Has speed, footwork & great support play. He's only 20, so if we strike out with JAC & Staines, maybe worth keeping an eye out on his progress in the next 12 months.
