**_In Four short weeks Jason Taylor has come on board and done wonders_**

He has sacked the old heads in Sironen and Roach and has also given Skando the boot who IMO has not been First-Grade level for a few years now, and brought in
Keegan Smith who IMO is one of the best Strength and Conditioners in the NRL.
He has gathered the players up and given them a stern talking too, telling them that we need to be professional outfit or we will be at the bottom for awhile yet, and the player really liked his attitude.

Alot of them have said publicly that he has hit the nail on the head and is the right man for the job which for a guy who has been here for about a month is a fairly big endorsement by the players.

He has also brought in 2 outside backs on 2nd-tier contacts in Kevin Naiqama and Chance Peni which we sorely need after the loss of Marika Koroibete Mid-Season, And the way our injury toll is year after year, Where we had to use forwards as our outside backs when Nofoaluma,Simona and Tedesco were all out.

Also with the loss of Paterson,Gavet,Ben Murdoch-Maslia and the great Liam Fulton. Taylor has gone out looking for some forwards which is pretty bloody hard to do in late October when every Tom,D!ck and Harry with a good step or fend has been snapped up.

I know Taylor has his faults but everyone deserves a second chance. He is a very smart coach and will turn this club into a power house. Watch this space. :sign:

The off field staff were long overdue for a complete overhaul. I thought we were a new club this yr with Marshall gone, and a new batch of new kids coming through, but i think with an entire change in the coaching staff, that's when we really we really will feel like a new club.
