You didn't have to. You joined in a conversation debating his inclusion in the side over Lovett, in a thread already relating to Siro. It was implied.

So you know what i'm implying better than I do? That's remarkable.

Maybe the thread title has something to do with it.

Since when does Lovett wear the 9 jersey?

The comment you quoted and replied to was a discussion about who is more justified in having a spot in the 17, Lovett or Siro. If it wasn't Siro who you were implying should be ahead of Lovett, then who should be there ahead of him?

I doubt Siro will be around in 2017, I know he just took up an option but I think that was just for insurance, but I get the feeling there will be horse trading once the Grand final is done and dusted. Maybe wrong, I just get the feeling this is how it might pan out

No No No
Use the Fullback like Rankin LOL
It was funny watching Penrith use their fullback Moylan chiming into the backline to create overlaps
Bit hard when our Fullback was playing dummy Half ???????????????

That's just JT thinking outside the square….way , way , way outside.
Soon ALL Rugby League teams will be selected the way that JT does, it will revolutionise the game, Taylor will be Lauded as the great innovator of his time,
But wait till he removes the hooker completely from the game, and we will then play with only 12 players against 13, there's no limit to the great mans genius
We all should all be waiting anxiously for his next pearls of wisdom, I am :master:

Hey GCT,why wait for JTs pearls of wisdom, your doing great ….when do you start coaching an NRL team ?Im so looking forward to your structures and gameplans... :stuck_out_tongue:

About the same time all the rest of the coaches here do, at the moment I'm learning from the master,

There are several but why don't we start with JJ Felise?

Why was he playing so often early in the year? What's changed?

And what idiots decided to put Lovett/Milone in the top 25 rather than Felise?

From what i understand the 2nd tier cap was exhausted. But then JAC is playing, maybe because of Tedesco's injury? Idk. It's a grey area, but i suspect JJ would be in the side if something wasn't preventing him.

100%. He should have been in the Top 25 for sure. Pretty stupid not to include him given what other players were included.

I must confess I'm very confused about the whole top 25 thing and how it works.

It's pretty much just your 25 most expensive players. I guess the only way to get him included in the top 25 is to pay him more money.

This is of the clubs own doing and bad coaching, at a club that has 5 hookers we are talking about sirro at 9??

not full time, just similar to halatau at the start of the year. Starting there for 20 mins then moving to back row.

My reasons

1) has good hands and the awareness of a half as he played most of his Jnr football there.

2) has the size and defensive capability to handle the middle.

3) Makes him involved. Fixers the issue of him not really getting into games and forced his hands on the ball a bit more.

4) although not a great kicking option can work in a pinch and put the defence in two minds.

5) played alongside brooks in the 20's final in the halves.

6) had a good running game at six that I think he could adapt to 9.

7) he still see's himself as a 5/8 this could be a compromise

8) saves a bench rotation.

Id have him interchanging with Liddie from the bench. I wouldn't have liddle playing 80 in his first season. I'll admit that giving him another role when he is still learning back row and his fitness are two hurdles to over come.

First issue. He's the slowest moving thing in the universe. Glaciers in slow motion look like whitewater rapids next to Siro.

He should've been made a centre before moving to the back row. Can't undo that now. He's moving towards being a bench prop now. If he wants to be a back rower he needs to do a lot if cardio and increase his line and lateral speed because right now he has no step and he gets isolated easily in defence.

You simply can't have that at dummy half.

I'll just leave this here. Curtis the big girl can't play and I'm happy he is going.

Curtis Sironen is another player to fall out with Jason Taylor. Pic: Gregg Porteous.
SIRONEN SHOWN WESTS TIGERS DOOR

WESTS Tigers’ Curtis Sironen is on the lookout for a new club and is most likely to join Manly after falling out with coach Jason Taylor.

The 23-year-old backrower is extremely close to young Tigers halves Mitchell Moses and Luke Brooks, who are not happy about the situation their mate finds himself in.

The three all attended the same school, Holy Cross College at Ryde.

One Wests Tigers insider told me: “If you thought Robbie Farah was treated badly, wait until Curtis tells his story.”

While Taylor did a solid job towards the end of the season to get Wests Tigers so close to the finals, his relationship with players is causing serious concern. His strongest supporter, chair Marina Go, no longer has any power on a board controlled by the five directors from majority shareholders Wests Ashfield. Interestingly, Go has left her job as an executive at Bauer Media.

This is just Buzz (I hate West Tigers) Rothfield having another dig at us again.

Yeh because JT would never have a problem with people management skills, like he has never had one before. :unamused:

Curtis doesn't need a new club , he needs to find a sport he is good at

Must be some truth to this story. Will be very interesting if Sironen leaves the club and has his say. Id love to know what is really going on behind the scenes and what the likes of tedesco and moses really think of JT.
