With a full side, we would surely be a force to be reckoned with. Our forwards are putting in the hard yards, and our defence is just starting to harden up (except for our left side). Are the injury gods preventing us from being this force? It took Brisbane 74 minutes to put us to bed, with half our side on the sidelines. We looked good in Melbourne too, and we only lost to the Stains by a point.

Can we challenge the top sides with a full roster on the paddock?

Absolutely. Attitude seems to be right ,not all the time but injuries have to say the least killed us. A couple of smart buys and a fit roster for next year, WATCH OUT.

Jamie Lyon would be a smart buy.

Injuries have killed us again, having said that we don't have the consistency to match the top sides week after week, we seem to have a soft attitude TBH at the start of games. We are nearly almost always playing from behind in the crunch games.

Pat richards was a smart buy, i would have made the same situation if we're getting him for 300 or less. Ripping up the ESL and we'll need some experience in the backs once we have tedesco, koro, nofo and simona there.

I have. We simply don't have the defensive starch to compete with the top sides this year.

Those are the only two sides that would have though because they play exactly the way we hate it.

Can't help but think that we just might be playing this comp too down the line. All the other teams look unnaturally big. I think there's no question that the integrity of the comp is questionable any more.

why would manly put 50? they only put 26 on us when we played about that badly AT manly not even counting the several clear non-tries that they were awarded (e.g. forward pass one, lyon touching the kick and knocking on etc.)

We can be a force, just get rid of this bad luck, get all players back and in form. Have a great and solid pre-season, free up some cash by offloading Lote etc…Have a good couple of wins in the first couple of rounds and we are a great chance. Get some good signings, abit like the Roosters and kissaamm!

We are far from Over. We just need to bring the Passion back. The hunger and desire to win more than our opposition..

Injuries are not helping but we still have enough skill and class in our playing group to get us back in the top 8.

Once we have Koro back we can throw the ball wide and use his pace like the Morris Bros.

Its only round 7 and we have Benji, Anasta, KG(hopefully) to get back into the team too.
Lets not give up just yet guys.
