Smith rates Farah bigger test than Ennis

Always hope our players have big games when they play against our sides but don't want them to win or get injured . To those who have these traiterous thoughts Does the same go when Gareth Ellis plays for England ??

They versed teams with more tigers  . But tigers were represented in the Australian team well so I went for them in most games.

Yep. Pretty much. I support the tigers. International rugby league is a joke.

The showcase of OUR game is SOO and Internationals and you wont watch or support it if no tigers are playing???

That attitude is a joke.

Yeah a bit like half of your posts tiger05 International games recently between Australia and New Zealand in the four nations and the world cup final have been rippers . (Even though the wrong team won )

Exactly right Stryker SOO games are the pinnacle and you don't want to watch and support your state . I remember as Qlder going to interstate games with dad prior to Origin and you supported and loved your state no matter what .

I have trouble understanding how people cant support their state because people from the club arent playing?

People still support the Tigers if there are no players from their own little suburb playing (In my case, Glen Alpine) even if there might be a player from the neighboring suburb playing (Which could be Ambarvale).

This is the same thing but on a larger scale, there may be players from Parramatta and Souths playing but I still support NSW because it is my state, just like there may be players that come from all over Campbelltown and Sydney in general playing for the Tigers, but I still support them because the Tigers are my club!

I hope that makes sense :sunglasses:

I think people sometimes hope NSW loses so then the next game we may see a tigers player get picked. They won't change a winning team. I admit I find it hard supporting NSW with Michael Ennis in the team. I can never cheer for him!

Benji stood up last night on the footy show and attacked the credentials of Young and Ennis saying that if NSW were to win they must play attacking football and their only option in this area was Robbie.

This was met by silence from the panel who included Fatty, Brohman, Rabbits and even Freddie who praised Rob after the city country game.

It almost seems like a conspiracy. For the most part, the audience seemed to agree but their opinion is obviously not valid.

Hang on Stryker Fatty agreed with Benji , His comment after was "If Farah is picked at dummy half or first reciever Qld will have more to worry about " Ring a bell champion ??

I won't support NSW until the abortion of a selector known as Bob Fulton is nowhere near the team. Say what you will about Laurie Daley but he and the other selector fell on their sword after last years failure. Fulton just skulked in the shadows and kept his position

He said that through gritted teeth. If Ennis was on the show he would have went on and on about how tough he is and what a handful he is for opposition forwards etc….That was fake praise for Rob.

Maybe NSW are thinking about having Ennis & Farah in the same team, rotating in and out between Dummy Half and Halfback???

Geez I hope so!!!

I reckon most Queenslanders would prefer Ennis get the gig over Farah. Less of a threat in attack, misses plenty in defence and more of a liability in general with his niggling attitude - It simply isn't suitable for Origin these days IMO.

well NSW supporters your job just got a bit easier . Hodges has gone off with what looked a bad hamstring tear

Did it tear like this??? (he says running his thumb across his throat)

Can't say I am too upset about this news from a NSW perspective.

Thats a shame…he was going to carve those cockroaches into little pieces...

Wont matter, Tonga will do the same.

If we can pretend for a minute that the blues team hasnt already been picked, I didnt think Ennis nor Young did anything to press their claims tonight. With either of those two at dummy half the QLD forwards will have a field day smashing their counterparts after pedestrian and predictable play.
