A lot has happened in a short period of time since JA flew the coup that's for sure - and arguably all positive.

The mood when the news first started to leak on here about JA was dire, I could have never imagined the turn our off season was going to take after that.

I was always hopeful Cochise . It just seemed patient . It didn’t feel like they were sitting on thier hands .

I was too, as I have found Hartigan to be very impressive but my patience was starting to strain. I am so excited for the trials now.

I honestly don’t care if the wins don’t come . As long as the team shows what it’s going to become . But I honestly don’t think that’s going to be the case . The team is built to win IMO. Maybe a lot sooner than everyone thinks .

Lots of guys with a lot to prove. I think the distance between our potential ceiling and floor is probably the widest in the Comp. I honestly don’t know what to expect but at least the club has tried for a major upheaval. If I’m seeing effort each week I’ll happily back the clubs plan.

Yep it was a rough week. Still getting my head around the club paying the Badger to help us win matches when I was convinced he did all he could to make us lose them - but other than that very satisfied with the off season recruits.

If you’re right though , he would explain to us the ways and reasons for why he did that , which would give us an edge , especially if that’s a subconscious systematic thing we need to get over.

This has been the best offseason for many years i would rate it B+,it hasnt been ideal but it has been a lot better than most of us expected and hoped for.
Credit is due this year

Agree it’s been very solid .... we have a very experienced coaching and recruitment setup.
If anything I think we are really lacking few hard heads with lots of first grade experience and of course there is our goal kicking issues. With a “Quality” 5/8 and a ball playing lock on board we would be flying.

Internal snipers are people who are supporters but love putting in the boot when things are not going well(all the coaches fault,lost the dressing room etc).We all do it to a certain extent but some take it to the nth degree

AD's defense in the line was pretty poor. I saw him miss an easy tackle there. I think he is a big body though who can tackle. He just needs to work on his defense to get it right.

still worried about our edges. Leilua and Roberts aren't known for their defensive prowess and I don't think I've ever seen Nofoaluma make a tackle. plenty of attacking strike and yes Benji's gone, but there is arguably just as many questions about our defence this year as there was last year.

He did say in an earlier interview he prefers defending in the line and has been working hard on it - hopefully we don't see him get swatted off too often - if he can hit and stick I'll be happy.
