So who do you fear in the top 8????

Who has you worried three weeks out from the semis?

Melbourne - Definate contenders, although tonight against the Dragqueens they definately looked beatable. They only won 12-4 against us not long ago when we were in a major slump, too.

Manly - Definate contenders, although Blue Tongue showed we can beat them.

Brisbane - Very strong.

Cowgirls - Got nothing. Tigers have them covered.

Warriors - A strong side, although we seem to have their measure.

Saints - Slipping away…

Newcastle - Won't matter because they'll be knocked out in week one.

Souths/Bullfrogs - Ditto Newcastle. 8th place is a death sentence.

Melbourne and Brisbane are going to be tough to beat, especially away from home. Manly and New Zealand also worry me, if luck isn't on our side against them, they'd probably knock us over. The Cowboys and Dragons are gone, Souths or Newcastle are destined to finish 8th and if the Dogs make the 8 they'd be the worst team EVER to do so.

Up until tonight I didn't want to meet Melbourne but I think we could het past them. Manly are the danger side IMO.

I worry most about Melbourne and Brisbane.

I just worry about having to play either team in the semi's at their home ground.

I think we have both of those teams measure if we play them in Sydney.

Don't fear any of the teams in the top 8\. Every team is beatable if the Wests Tigers play to potential, limit mistakes and have a high completion rate. The x-factor in the finals is Benji. If he is hot we are in with a big show…

All teams in the 8 are very beatable.Storm are boring,manly we just beat,broncos scare me the most,nq are easy beats,warriors dont scare me,dragons are gooooone and the knights are making up the numbers.

The winner will come out of these 6 teams and will come down to how the teams play on the day.

I dont fear anyone as we can do them all on our day.

Its going to be one hell of a finals series!!

I wouldn't fear any team simply because we can score points… But as Happy pointed out, we never know which Tigers will turn up.

I don't think Manly & Brisbane have another gear, but while Brisbane have a guy called Darren Lockyer in their team, anything is possible.

The Cowboys will need a home Final if they are to kick on, and after Luke's gold logie tonight, this doesn't look likely. The Warriors are an interesting mob. Much like us, but they have a bigger Pack. Anything is possible if they win this weekend and keep winning. I don't think any team in the 8 wants to travel to NZ for the first week of the finals.

My only concern is Melbourne. Don't be fooled because they only won by 2\. They were happy to win that way. It's there new mojo. I don't know if anyone will get through them this year, but i'm certain Benji will have a crack!

For me, its Melbourne. And provided we are guaranteed a semi final spot, the teams who finish below us such as Souths or Newcastle.

Melbourne as much as I hate to say it are the real deal. They have a lot driving them this year.

And I fear we may be too busy looking up the ladder and forget to watch our backs….

Melbourne are the team to beat ..watched the game last night, a fully professional side went though the motions without to much fanfare .They are coached to know what to do at what time but as previously posted I think any of the top 8 teams can be beaten ! it's going to be a good finals series

Bronks,Storm and Manly in that order and although we are going along okay at present I think we will have to lift 30% or more to have any chance against those three teams. Anything is possible, but Sheens will have to re think his team selections especially the bench if we are going to match it with the big three

If we make it to the big one though we will have the confidence and the home ground advantage…

I know this seems stupid but I'm actually scared of the dragons more than any1, and also very scared of the rabbits making the 8, the rabbits are on fire and the saints I believe will pick it up in the finals, so yeh, for me its the saints and rabbits
