Arsenal's 22-year wait for the Premier League title is over after rivals Manchester City drew at Bournemouth, in what is expected to be Pep Guardiola's penultimate game in charge.
Tuesday's result on the south coast leaves Mikel Arteta's men four points clear of City before the final round of games take place on Sunday, with the Gunners set to lift the trophy at Crystal Palace.
Build-up to this game had been overshadowed by dramatic reports that Guardiola is set to step down as City manager at the end of this season.

Chelsea defeat Spurs 2-1
Tottenham Hotspur's fight to avoid the humiliation of relegation will go down the final day of the Premier League season after defeat against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.
Spurs knew victory would guarantee survival at the expense of West Ham United - and that a point would almost certainly be enough because of their superior goal difference.
Instead, they going into their final game at home to Everton with a two-point advantage over West Ham, but with the door left ajar for the Hammers to escape.

Middlesbrough have been reinstated for Saturday’s showdown at Wembley against Hull City
"Middlesbrough Football Club welcomes the outcome of today’s Disciplinary Commission hearing.
We believe this sends out a clear message for the future of our game regarding sporting integrity and conduct.
As a club, we are now focused on our game against Hull City at Wembley on Saturday."

Regulations related to the unauthorised filming of other Clubs’ training.In addition, the Club has received a four-point deduction that will be applied to the 2026/27 Championship table.
The effect of today’s order is that Middlesbrough are reinstated into the 2026 Play-Offs and will proceed to the Play-Off Final against Hull City.
The final remains scheduled for Saturday 23 May, with the kick-off time to be confirmed."

And maybe worse............ Southampton could face a legal claim from their own players for loss of earnings after the club were expelled from the Championship play-off final

Both games kick off simultaneously so there’ll be phones following every bounce of the ball at both venues !

They have appealed, and this looks like a total stitch up.
The photo that shows someone apparently spying is a farce. There's more to this, and anything can be digitally generated these days.

HAHAHAHAHAH, ARE YOU SERIOUS.
Southampton have been busted spying on MULTIPLE clubs, including Oxford and Ipswich as well.
Their 33 year old coach has admitted to sending spies because he reckoned that doing so wasnt against the rules. (It is!)
Southampton analyst was found at Rockliffe Hall golf clubhouse, (also owned by Middlesbrough FC,), in the toilets changing his clothes. Was dumb enough to buy a coffee with his credit card a few hours earlier. Whatsapp messages show that the spy was planning on returning for a 2nd day of spying. He was also live streaming the training to Southampton.
Cheating should be punished. Middlesbrough haven't had premier league money for a decade and our best players are out injured. We need to switch up tactics and formation to compete, and that's why Southampton are spying.
