wanderers were disappointing last night. they played like strangers but i suppose teamwork will come considering the new personel in the team.

mitch nichols looked good .the marque signing at striker didnt excite all that much.satiro had a heap of chances but didnt convert.

good luck to john aloisi - he deserves some good times after getting the spear from heart.

what did michael mulchay do wrong? he was well spoken in the media ,got results with the team .and never got another gig.

there is controversy in all sporting organisations- not just our beloved tigers.

The catastrophic start after winning a premiership I would gather was what signed his death warrant.

I think the Wanderers looked alright. One bad back pass copped a goal and some horrendous defending from corners cost us 2\. Outside those 3 mistakes we really had all the running. Piovaccari looked alright, he was strong on the ball, just needs to break his duck and he'll be fine. Nicholls looks the goods, and Vidosic will get better with match fitness. The Spaniards both looked the goods too.

Big difference Paraguay hasn't got the history that Uruguay has. For a population of 3 Million people Uruguay has an amazing Soccer Pedigree, have won 2 World Cups and have won the most Copa America with 15.

Suarez is still band from his actions from the World Cup. Love him or hate him? He is an unbelievable player. Just what Farah is to us :mrgreen:.

At least he can afford 24 carrot Gold mouthguard :laughing:

Australia are in a rebuilding stage again with the Soccer.
I get the feeling there is some disharmony in camp with Postecoglou.

In South America there only way out of poverty is Soccer, you have a ball in front of your feet when you learn how to walk.
