We enjoy playing Liverpool so much we'd rather beat them at home

Cant argue with this. We could be way higher on the table but so many games we should have won, we ended up either drawing or losing. Our attack may be good but that doesn't mean much when we concede more then we score. Our defence is the worst in the league, conceding more home goals then any other team. Its embarrassing how bad we are at home, something seriously needs to change.

Dad told me the game between Atletico and Barca was high on emotions, taped the game and will watch it Tonight with interest as Godin was sent of after trying to swipe out his Countrymen in Suarez ( so Dad says).

He is one generous Man in terms of Charity work he does back home that many don't hear about .

Yeah I know, he's a pretty talented guy and most footballers for all their faults tend to be fairly philanthropic guys, largely because they all come from nothing themselves.

He's a grub but, you don't accidentally bite someone on three non-consecutive occasions.

He has not played for his Country since the World Cup in 2014, in March next Month he is free to play for La Celeste. Getting close to 2 year punishment absolutely ridiculous.

First game this morning was 5.45am my time , 6.45am your time

It is a given that a Saturday round will be down at 9.30 , happens virtually every week

This week was different , midweek games ,FA Cup games on the weekend with 72 hours between the next EPL game and a Transfer window just closing with players maybe available for teams or maybe not available

I'm not trying to be difficult Geo , just pointing out that if I'd known I would had a look before I went to work

There is a farm riding on this you know …............. well beating you ,Hobbo and FT is pretty close to a farm in my eyes

Anyway the refereeing in the West Ham v Villa game was terrible

Ayew should never have been sent off and wrecked what looked to be a entertaining game , Villa were playing well at that stage

I reckon the ref and the sideline officials got at least 7-8 calls wrong with goal kicks / corners and getting throw ins right

Remi Garde would have a fair bit to complain about

Villa will have to defy history to stay up , no team sitting on 13 points has ever survived the drop from Rd 24 on

Shame I always enjoyed watching Villa play , they were always a side that scored goals , may not have won every week

Deon Dublin had a habit of scoring some amazing goals
