Like an old shirt ...it comes back into fashion ....***I can't believe that as football fans no one will admit Munster was hit mid air and taken out*** .....Cleary's kicking game was perfect bar one ...the one to take out Munster

You really need to get over the hate for Cleary.

He was the best player on the field, the best kicking game in Origin for the last decade.

Credit where credit is due mate... agree with a lot of things you say but in this game you are way off the mark.

He wasn’t, his kicks close to the line were horrible, no repeat sets just hand-overs. Did a shoulder charge that wasn’t pulled up. JAC was MOM in my opinion..

Cleary only looks good when the team is looking good. Game one is a reflection of his inability turn a game around. The most overrated player in the NRL.

Well I saw two kicks into the corner that jack trapped in t he in goal for repeat sets - or doesn't that count?

Maybe he should've had to take them over because they were further out than twenty metres and we won't talk about the 40/20.

Only because JAC chased and was there to trap them in goal. The bombs close to the line are terrible from the one trick pony, what was needed was a grubber. He has no idea.

It was grub Nathan Brown that started it by kicking the ball away each time Friend tried to pick it up so Friend gave him a tap on the head. If it was a real SOO Brown would have been on his back and out for the count for his girly niggling rubbish.

And that begs the question ..you probably had 3-4 better back rowers .....Wade Graham being the stand out ....why pick Brown ........dirty player .....

I like Brown when he just plays hard. The niggly rubbish is a blight on his overall game and he should drop it.

Wade Graham was down on form this year hence not being picked. He still would’ve done well in origin though. Enjoyed brown trampling friend though ?

If it’s a rule it’s a rule. Shouldn’t change it just because it’s SOO. It’s the inconsistency of applying the rules of the game that peeves a lot of people.

Frizell tackle is way worse mate ...many of you blokes have known me awhile on here and I take a loss on the chin at Origin level ...this is different and it's funny how it is now getting a lot more mentions in the press ..especially since the in goal footage has become available ...he has taken the ball mid air as mentioned many times and gets swung off his feet .....speaking from experience you don't mind getting belted as a fullback ...you knows it going to happen ...but when you get momentum from having no purchase ..thats the scary thing because it's too late once it starts

He doesn’t even fall backwards until his feet hit the ground ? the only mention it’s getting in the press is from the courier mail in Queensland and they’re just a little biased..... they also called Cleary the worst origin player ever and he shut them up haha

Mate I'm telling you from experience because when the momentum starts you don't have any purchase ..so the tackle is far worse because so much more momentum can be created because the initial contact is unprotected ..it's the same when blokes get flipped upside down when they get their legs are hit mid air ...you can't set yourself to take the hit
