Honestly, Gordon must be mad re-signing with this mob. Where is he gonna play next season? Tedesco will be fullback and they have re-signed both wingers, Latrell Mitchell is in the centres, so it will be reserve grade for Michael after such an illustrious career in the NRL. The greedy bastards have made sure they get to keep everyone, so there is no room for you mate - you should've signed with us!

I suspect their first choice back line will be 1\. Tedesco 2\. Tupou 3\. Mitchell 4\. Ferguson 5\. Gordon.

Manu will be the odd man out. He'll go back to reggies to iron out his defence.

As Gould said that is a penalty 100 times out of 100, funnily enough the ref chose to ignore the rules of the game and ruled against Farah. What a load, no wonder fans have the #%#ts with the NRL when they continue just to chop and change the interpretation of rules whenever it suits. It's disgraceful really. Same as the penalty against Sam Burgess at the end- blokes are around the head and face area every single tackle yet they penalize him and seal the game for the Roosters.

I reckon Robbie should be the SOO hooker. I reckon he is heaps better than Peats.

I didn't watch the game but these faults of Robbie's though have been consistent throughout his career. He can hog it at the wrong times and play for penalties when he shouldn't. I think he never really progressed to a great player because of these faults. A really really good player but not in the top hookers to have played the position when he should have been one if not the best hooker ever to play.

I've seen Liddle make some of the same mistakes recently as well. I hope he gets this stuff out of his game.

Ref's for years have been awake to him… He plays for penalties constantly and Klein was right, it's not in the spirit of the game.
Farah runs straight into offside players instead of enticing them to tackle him... That's the difference between him and players that earn penalties for this... They play smart, he doesn't.
I saw another occasion only a few weeks back in think it was Roosters the ref failed to award a penalty for deliberately passing into an offside player... They're also ignoring a lot of crap like players lying in the ruck and dummy halves making a meal of it.... Less penalties imo does make a better game

I disagree. If the defender was coming back through the ruck or was actually in the way, then penalise. The defender wasn't between the players and Farah chose to throw it at him anyways. Tough luck. I don 't want a game where there are 50 penalties for chucking the ball at whoever just made the tackle.

That said, I wouldn't have penalised Woods when Qld deliberately chucked the ball at him either.

I'd agree normally but the Rorters player wasn't lying in the ruck…Farah took his 2 steps sideways and the passed it into him...I thought Crighton was hard done by when Cornish stepped over him in the ruck but he just should have stayed there rather than trying to get up which made it worse ..there have been plenty this year where this has occurred and they play on...

The play the ball area whether it be playing it sideways or rolling it between the legs with no attempt to make contact with the foot it placing the ball on the ground using it to leverage yourself up along with the blocking of kick chasers is the biggest blight on the game on 2017..it's a lottery and very frustrating as a fan...

Well Farah did play close to perfect whilst most of team were in Blunderville, he backed up beautifully, great run down the blind side late in the game - unusual that is, good kicking every time. I can understand his frustration - and he is probably one of the oldest guys out there.

Nope, that is the fairies you are hearing again - you always seem to get them late at night.

Not by that try they didn't lose the game. More than likely by the lost of momentum when silly Cook, being offside, followed the ball and gave away an unnecessary penalty near their try line.

Earlier Farah had read beautifully a Roosters grubber near the line, whereas Cook stayed bunched up and useless when Roosters when over the line for their last try. Just like when Peats did not chase in the SOO - the youngsters can't handle 80 minutes.
