Alien's Angels have won the 2009 Star League Minor Premiership after a huge win against sharksyear?. It is the Angels second Minor Premiership in 3 years. Alien's Angels now prepare for the Final Series. Geo's Mauraders had a 29 point win over MAGNM but it was not enough to get them into the top 8\. The Mauraders finished in 10th place on the ladder. Boof's Blazers have been the biggest disappointment of the season finishing in 11th place on the ladder. The Blazers were one of the premiership favorites at the beginning of the season.

Kacey's Krusaders have created history becoming the first team with a female coach to make the Star League final series. Coach Kim said "I am very proud to be the first female coach to make the final series and I hope this encourages more females to take up coaching. Star League is an equal opportunity employer and I would like to thank the Star League boss for giving me the opportunity. I am very very happy making the finals but my work this year is far from over. My mission is to become the first female to win the Star League premiership." The Krusaders take on Team Schmoo on Saturday afternoon at 5.30pm.
Dude I have been the best team all year but I must admit that I am getting a tad nervous. I have seen some scores of over 300 lately. This comp is wide open!!!
Alien's Angels have had their third loss of the season with a 12 point loss against Rasengan. A score of 320 was not good enough for the Angels. The Krusaders and SWB were the other 2 teams that beat the Angels during the season. The Angels will now need victory in both the next 2 weeks against the Wheelbarrows and the Vanilla Gorillas to win a place in the grandfinal. Craig's Knights and Kacey's Krusaders have both been eliminated from the finals series.

Alien's Angels boss has decided today to change the club name. They will now be known as the Campbelltown Angels. They also have a new logo (pictured below).
I'm glad I have Inglis and El Masri in my fantasy team this weekend!!! I think they were 2 good trades that I made. Inglis scored two tries and El Masri scored quite a few goals so they both got plenty of fantasy points this week I think.
