If Benji can get Herbert to quit going for the intercept, then it’s a no brainer. T’oa has regressed yet again to his lazy best and frankly, I’m not buying the shoulder excuse because he was pulling the same crap in 23 and 24 when he didn’t have a busted shoulder.

This guy has been floating around first grade for a long time without really delivering.

It's an incredibly poor decision extending him.

Don't forget, there was some nonsense around him too... talks of him extending then he made a post saying "It's all rumours" like he was looking down on the club, in a sense.

Credit to Benji he is backing up his standards when costly performances occur.

I reckon Toa is tackle shy due to that shoulder.
Remember Benji had that issue for a while after coming back from a shoulder injury, took him months before he got the confidence back to tackle using that shoulder. I remember a lot of forum folk on here were calling for him to be dropped, he was a real turnstile, constantly targeted by opposing forwards.

He wasn’t even getting himself into position to make a collision at all, constantly making the wrong defensive reads and left in no man’s land. Truly one of the worst centre performances of all time

Herbert might not have the same skill set in attack but atleast he has a defensive presence about him, meaning if he hits you, you might think twice about running his way again
