Looks pretty close imo. I can’t see Blore starting though, I think he and Garner will swap. Injuries are bound to happen, but I think at full strength, Tommy misses out. Unless, Mbye starts as the bench utility and AJ plays fb. Then Tommy onto the wing. I’m not sold on Simpkin starting the year. Hasn’t played any footy for a year, so there’ll be no rush.

I think that'll be pretty close if not it for the starting side as Madge will pick. I don't know whether he'll go with Stefano and Blore on the bench together. Maybe need a bit more experience (if we have any?).

I like this team. We can't have Roberts and Leilua in the centre, it would be a defensive disaster. Roberts walks in if fit. Talau must be in the centres. He has a great strike rate for tries and will improve.

It’s really not as doom and gloom as what some people think.

On their day, BJ/Roberts combination can be deadly (can also be a disaster)

Nofa is nofa and a fantastic finisher

AJ was improving each game

Forward pack is still fairly youthful but I’m confident Mikaele, LL, Blore, Twal, Tamou and that young bloke from Parra can get us rolling

And call me crazy but I thought in the 2nd half against Parra AD/Brooks looked quite good in the halves combining

I am most concerned about our 1 and 9...hopefully Laurie gets the early release and Liddle/Simpkins have breakout years

if we dont play Talau in the centres or wing or the 17 even then we need to look at this club as if we are not playing him we could have offered him to Melbourne for JAC
