So the city's only Casino bankrolls a charity with $250k, pays the father $125k a year and gets the Govt to shut down licensed venues across the CBD/Cross/Oxford at 1:30am… all under the guise of "stopping violence" while the Star remains outside the lockout zone.

I've managed several venues in the city before the lockouts, witnessed king-hits, blood, fights, etc. Nothing is more off-putting than violence and there isn't a person in this city who wants to see it stop. But the Thomas Kelly Foundation is pathetic cover for deeper motives
