To be fair I’ve seen him play better games for us than he did for storm yesterday. I’m hoping I’m wrong but I’m still curtain storm will get the best out of him

I’m not going to say you’re right , or the people death riding him are . I will say that , that performance was very reminiscent of his efforts last year for us .The Melbourne system holds a high bar for acceptable performance.
There’s no way he will get to bludge there.
He’s in for a big season.
StefYou talking about Royce or Stef?
Stef , 2025 flopSurely you are talking about Stef, I don’t think Hunt is elite but I think he can do a job and for much cheaper than Stef
Agree, 100% curtain 😏To be fair I’ve seen him play better games for us than he did for storm yesterday. I’m hoping I’m wrong but I’m still curtain storm will get the best out of him
There's no window for improvement as he closes the curtain? 😁Agree, 100% curtain 😏
Sad but true. His run off the kick off in his second stint was a ripper. In a good team that dominates, he we will shine.
Agree 100% mateStef , 2025 flop
It will be interesting if the Messiah of coaches, Bellyache; and the Club can extract Steph's finger out of his arse for more than one or two games?Agree 100% mate
For the price he was asking … it was in JFH, Haas or AFB category
I think it's going to be more difficult than what they thought, they will have to scour the planet for an expert with the skills to fix this, his whole head is stuck up there. It will be interesting if the Messiah of coaches, Bellyache; and the Club can extract Steph's finger out of his arse for more than one or two games?
A blind man could see that.Agree, 100% curtain 😏
Its safe to close this thread now. Tucker nailed it.The Melbourne system holds a high bar for acceptable performance.

Thought Blore when he hit form down there was good but towards the end of the season started to look a little predictable your thoughts.I think it will take him at least half the season to get it....
I saw it with Blore last year also.
Everyone looks at the squads and stats and thinks we're not far off, We're lightyears behind for mine.
Noted when watching the Storm a few times last year, They never stop moving - They're always backing up the play or getting to a position for the next play - They were like Worker Ants.
All of them except the ex Wests Tigers player (Blore - And I'm a fan)
He'd make his hit up or tackle and then stand and watch on the next play, or get left behind in the back field. We're a my jobs done culture, Most other clubs have a what can I do next culture.
Saw it again in most our boys yesterday, Not pushing up - Not getting back....
Blore got better as the year wore on, Feel he'll be better again...
We've really get some work ethic into our squad - We've battled along far too long without it.
Thats Benjis job. Hope he does well.I think it will take him at least half the season to get it....

I made a similar post last year. You are 100% on the money. Those good sides who are always in contention never stop moving...someone takes the ball to the line and there are 4 blokes sprinting and calling for it. Galvin is one of the only blokes we have who is like this....although I noticed Mason and a couple of the kids doing it as well yesterday.I think it will take him at least half the season to get it....

Hunt and May will monster him , can’t wait , and I would start both Hunt and May against storm with , pole and Klemmer coming on after 15/20Be careful Stephaine will make us eat our words....he couldve been playing to coaches instructions to just get out there and blow the cobwebs out....
