I think Leiu has to start and maybe, just maybe Stef off the bench but he’s not a saviour.
But there is a lot of change needed in that team, starting with the spine. I like Edwards, Moses, Yeoh and API, that would be a good start. Wingers Too’o and Lomax. Centres Chrichton and Mitchell. Not sure about 5/8 ! Maybe if Edwards and Yeoh play then Luai goes again.
Forwards must haves Haas, Leiu, Chrichton, Martin, Murray ( if available), all goers !
McInnes too small and one dimensional.

Yep I’d be rewarding Leniu with a start and Api is a must. Robson would put a sloth to sleep, all he does is pass the ball to a player that plays footy.
Stef and Klem to make it a Tiger front row and Sam Fainu into the bench. Laui to 7 and Gal to 6, bcoz we all know that is next years combo, might as well start now. Ok so that last bit was just Tiger dreams.
API must start next game.

What I meant was if Stefano doesn’t sign by say 30/6 the offer should be no longer on the table.
 
I think you guys are now talking about it too much. Either he stays for a good wage or he goes, for whatever reason, not going to be the major turning point in Tigers' fortunes. It's been 20 pages since April and nothing has really changed.
 
This situation will test whether or not Richo is a man of his word.

Our offer has been all over the news and paper and it isn’t a done deal.

Lets see what happens
 
Step would have added zero , he is still soft but has the potential to grow into a hard edge prop , timing is what will kill us keeping him , he is a couple years short of that hard edge prop time , if he goes it’s disappointing, Appi wants him , club wants him , coach wants him and probably his team mates , balls in his court , but if the roosters or panthers offer $ 650 k and a semi or grand final opportunity well he probably leaves , time will tell but don’t hold your breath , his manager is a grub

Cant agree more with Old man. WE ARE THE WEST TIGERS. If anyone doesnt respect the Tigers Jersy , or the development that they received and are happy to prostitute themselves for more money elsewhere ( eg Tedesco ) WE DONT WANT THEM .Pi$$ OFF. ( Thats you Sharon Woods) We want the players that have respect for this great club and that truly honor great privilege it is to play NRL for the West Tigers . This is what Benji & Richo understand and are instilling( good riddance Papalii). Watch this space.
 
If the media speculation is correct about the contract details we have offered Steph, then Iam satisfied we have offered more than a fair and reasonable contract. Should he walk away and chase his dreams elsewhere so be it. The one thing we must avoid is to get into a bidding war with his manager, like with Moses, but I think Richo is to smart for that.

It was a bizarre team selected by the Telegraph..just like our current coach
A lot of selections made no sense
Think Madge lost any chance of returning to clubland
...and unless Stef shows some Mongrel,he won't get a look in

Actually, it's a difference between Stef and Moses.

teams NEED a halfback.
Teams need a forward pack.

We need Stef more then he needs us. Hope he can stay but not on crazy coin and I hope he stays to work.
