Good because prior to yesterday's disgraceful display, he has not looked like a $800k player. He might get there but he is a few years off that.Supposedly he has rejected the WT offer already

None of our forwards should really be judged on statistics while our backs are famously bad. What’s up with Olam? Looking like another Bellamy master stroke. To be fair if you are making 42 tackles there is not going to much petrol left for tackle breaking runs - very few forwards can do both. When we see those players dominating in other teams they have balanced squads where they have a job to do as an impact player. Our pack has been severely weakened with the loss of Bateman Papallii and Klemmer and that cant be placed on the shoulders of one bloke to cover all areas.
Depth is our issue and impacts on the form of all those left to pick up the slack. The expectations are unrealistic and the very reason why those same players look so much better in stronger squads.
Luciano copped the same crap when he was here and as if we couldn't use him now.
Good riddance, he is a soft cock and can take up $800,000 somewhere else. He is not worth $300,000 here, if we resign him we are idiots. It will be much different at a better club. Watch him blossom.
They all do once they get to a new club. The trouble is that we have to pay them a lot to keep them (but they don't stay) and to get them here in the first place- some how we need to become a desired destination. It will be much different at a better club. Watch him blossom.
Not a bad idea however weve already pandered to Galvin in this way this weekend, against the Titans who are on the slide and were very poor last weekend, and at LO too....A real hot chance of picking up a rare winBenji should do what Ivan did, in regards to Turuva.
Drop him because of the stress around contracts.
Give him a week off and tell him to reflect and figure out what's next.
He's either with us, ready to be the leader of the pack... or he's not up for that challenge and he wants to go be a bit player at another club, like a true mid player.

It seems to me that this team is unbalanced in it's playing technique as some of you say the forwards or backs do not compliment each other (I don't mean in the congratulatory terms) either, and I guess this must come down to coaching/ and or the players themselves.
Bearing in mind they would have no confidence at all at the moment, this will only come with wins which they cannot achieve, so it's a difficult situation. Good luck WT..
Poor Stef. Cmon, please.I feel a little sorry for Stefano… all he has ever known here are losses and getting belted ..
Surely it must be easy to just think F this, and move onto greener ( and winning) pastures …I doubt there is going to be a lot of difference in the money at the end of the day .. if any ..
What mentors has he had here ? Klemmer, Bateman and Ice … great line up there .. Should start up a law firm … Suspended. Injured and Gone ..
Poor Stef. Cmon, please.
But he ain't.If he's 60% as good as Haas, that contract will be seen as a bargain.
Reports from News Corp have indicated that the negotiations between Stefano and the Wests Tigers have been put on hold for the time being.
Physically he is bigger than Haas. Just Haas is bigger in the ticker. But he ain't.
