'STEP UP' CAMPAIGN LEADS TO INCREASE MEMBERSHIP

Following a hugely successful ‘Step Up’ membership drive, Wests Tigers have increased their numbers by more than 50 per cent for the 2010 season.

This puts Wests Tigers on target for one of the biggest Membership percentage increase in the NRL this season.

If you’re already a Wests Tigers Member, congratulations for stepping up and showing your support for the team. If you’re a fan and love the team, ‘Step Up’ today and become a Wests Tigers member? There are even two new membership packages to choose from.

The next few weeks will see Wests Tigers hosting blockbuster games against the Eels and the Bulldogs at the Sydney Football Stadium and the annual Heritage Round showdown with arch rivals South Sydney at the SCG.

To make sure all supporters get in on the action, a Marquee Match Membership package for these three games allows supporters the chance to buy Silver Reserved or GA seats at the SFS and SCG so they don’t miss a second of the excitement.

Following extensive renovations in the off-season, Campbelltown Sports Stadium will open its doors to host the Sydney Roosters on Sunday, May 2.

To celebrate, the CSS Opening Membership has been created and features Reserved Gold or Silver seating at all four Campbelltown home games in 2010.

This once in a lifetime membership is perfect for fans wanting to take in the atmosphere at a Wests Tigers Traditional Ground.

I have been telling people that haven't Stepped Up to Step Up. Alot of people say that they don't because they don't know if they will be able to go to all the games. I tell them they should get the 6 game Membership because they can use that for any 6 home games and some of them have been interested and some of them have Stepped Up.

Their membership would be higher if they catered for their demographic better and offered a $99 general admission season ticket like the bulldogs did

To do such a thing would almost certainly rely on playing all home games out of an SFS or ANZ Stadium.

Good too see we have more members this year than last year. Is this the most members we have ever had in a year?

It does say on the Wests Tigers website that we have 6150 now.

I normally get a 12 game general admission membership. I think I might upgrade to 12 game gold membership next season.

for such a highly supported club that the tigers are and the fact that we are a marriage of 2 clubs i think even the amount of membership we have currently is nothing short of disgraceful.

I had one in 2009 but only got to 3 games.

Night games arent preferable with young kids under 6 though we enjoyed the Manly game on that Monday….

yeah that's what I got, only $59 from memory, got a hat, scarf, membership key ring, membership card, a lanyard and a $20 merchandise voucher
