No one would have said anything about Kelma leaving prior to the Trials. That one hurts a bit, But what can you do...

Put 30 odd blokes in any workplace, How many of them are 100% happy there - And how many can't get a better wage elsewhere....

Those 2 signings coming have more squad draw power than the 2 leaving.

When Sheens was here last time we had on field success and couldn't sustain it because we were a mess off the field. We are miles ahead off the field than we were then and the only place it is not evident is in the FG squad - where most fans measure success. I can confidently say the successful clubs have their back office in order and we were going no where until we had it sorted. It's not showing on the field much to everyone's frustration but we are heading in the right direction if we want to build a successful organisation that is sustainanable - imo.
