Stephen Humpreys 250 Days

Brilliant!
The best 250 days this club has ever had!
Not only has he signed high-quality players, added two more home games and initiated a period of high confidence, he has also engaged in key tactical business moves that will see this club become a powerhouse.

Rock-on!

Let's see Lortay. Cayless, extention of promising Juniors contracts, new sponsorship. increased membership and the return of more games to our traditional grounds…..All in only 250 Days......speaks for itself....

Notice too that he doesn't buy into the Clubs cash doom and gloom rather sees it as a challenge to be overcome......

Humphreys has brought Professionalism to the Club.....Keep it Up....

Excellent start to his time as CEO. All you have to do is list his achievements. His positive approach to the management of the club as well as listening to the members and what they want - ie more traditional home games … Flawless start IMO. Keep up the great work Humph.

he has started to well, the bar is so high now that anything short of what hes produced in his first 250 days will be seen as under achieving lol

Agree. He's been a thorough professional from what we've seen so far…Next step is for the players to respond on the field.

Lets see:

Signing of marquee player = check

Bring games back to traditional home grounds = check

Keep the team in strong financial position re:sponsors = check

Keep salary cap under limit = check (with room to spare)

Continue with tradition of bringing through good young junior players to top grade = check

Gain support from supporters = check

Increase membership numbers = currently at 97% of last years ticketed total with just under a month till kickoff.

Perform professionally and show the spirit that embodies the Wests Tigers club in all aspects of the job = check

–--------------------

Overall = A+

Compared to those who came before = A+++

No one could possible be disappointed with what he has accomplished in such a short time. A true professional with expert management skills. I beleive we are in good hands.

Even better When he re signs Tim Sheens.

Accessable to Media

How will we rate him when a few of our fav youngsters are let go at 2010 year end -???

finally we went for a true professional instead of a 'jobs for the boys' like we done in previous years. he has come across the ultimate professional everytime i have seen him interviewed. he is clear, precise and theres no bullsh*t about him.

what a difference he has made, without doubt the best thing thats happened to the wests tigers is stephen humpreys

I've said since day dot that his appointment is a turning point for the club and so far he has delivered. Thoroughly impressed with his progress so far. Hopefully this doesn't happen but I'd like to see how he conducts himself during a crisis. Only then will we see the true Stephen Humphreys. For me, a big double thumbs up thus far.

It's brilliant that Sheensy ousted the previous CEO, can't even remember his name now, because we have managed to gain a by far superior replacement.

Humprey's and Sheens are the reason why Lote signed and that is a massive hats off to them. We didn't have the money the other competing options did, and Lote seems like a man largely driven by the dollar. To convince him to come back was a brilliant effort from our new CEO.

A+++ to Humpreys… just a shame he flew business class...
