Still My Team .

This week I thought they played well ( not well enough ) .

Heart breaking loss , lucky they only have to wait 5 days to get back on the field. I am now supremely confident that they will Beat the broncos this Friday.

I would like to believe that the lower the trough the higher the peak .

I will be there on Friday to Cheer them once again , because they are still my team .

Not a single person on these forums doesn't love the team mate.

Criticising or praising, people are always back the next week.

Wanting the best for the club and pointing out flaws doesn't make anyone a lesser fan.

Nor does praising everything regardless make anyone a greater one.
 
I see a lot of the criticism , as being based on :

- misinformation
- misperception
- personal opinion ( or difference of opinion )

And it is normally :
- unreasonable
- uneducated
- or just outlandishly ridiculous

Subsequently i find that this " Supportter forum " becomes way too critical at times . So I'm just trying help it rediscover some sensible perspective .

oh leave big damo alone - he is entitled to his posts, its just another perspective but it doesnt change the fact that he bleeds black, white and gold, and in response to the thread, yes, they are forever my team. Love them to death. My children will continue with the tradition, and my nieces and nephews and cousins both here and abroad. See yous friday night.
 
Yea I stick with my team though thick and thin even though I get hassled at work everyone they lose and I work with 100 other people and most of them watch and love NRL

Yes big damo use to irritate me but now I have started to see him as the devils advocate, every balanced discussion needs one. Whilst I don't agree with all his opinions, I have come to the opinion that they are not totally without merit.

yeah I cop alot of ribbing/stirring from friends/work colleagues, don't care about that. :unamused:

Everyone keeps their distance from me after a loss … not into people saying bad luck etc.
Even other Tiger supporters think I am too one eyed and fanatical :laughing:
I can watch any other two teams play and have a rational discussion - but keep away from me when we're playing. :crazy
