Strategic Plan

Does anyone know if the club has a strategic plan in place at the moment? I remember there was a plan of sorts when Go was chairperson but can’t seem to find any reference as to whether it was renewed or replaced.

Apologies if this has been asked before.

Strategic plan?

They don't even have policies and procedures in place to stop the players from publicly supporting opposition teams.

They have a financial plan, clearly...
No concerns with fielding a first grade capable rugby league team tho.

More interested in membership numbers then winning games.

That's the simple matter.

Foolish if you believe former Penrith CEO or whatever he was, now actually cares about the Tigers.

He'd be selling Wyong Roos scarfs with a smile on his face, if he got sacked tomorrow and took up a job with them.

The club's only viable model of succes, historically, is the junior pathways program and strengthening or focusing on this has pretty much been stated as one of our main objectives.
However the underlying issues at the club - with the team - are deep seated, complex and massive, so (as a fan) it feels like we're watching them try to cut a Gordian knot with their teeth. In the dark.
Who knows how long it will take to root out all the problems and until we'll see positive or optimal results in each and every department.

Strategic plan for the tigers.
‘Seasons going off the rocks.’
1) Bring back favoured Son to re live the glory of past premiership success.
2) Forget all about the present.

Is there anyone left to bring back from that 05 side.
Off the top of my head Benji, Farah, Buckets, Fulton, Payten, Richards, Dene, Hodgo, Sheens have all had roles at the club and I have a feeling Fitzhenry did at some point as well.

Maguire should have been given a plan from the board and Sheens
first 6 rounds you need to be min 3/3
if not you get 1 week extension for a win or we punt you , you must be min 5/10 , if achieved then 8/16 again ,
after 18 rounds if you are travelling ok and passed previous you must be still be within a top 8 finish to hold your job , make the 8 you stay next year if not again we punt you , this should have been the first plan made
