Our strategic plan is to be hated by our own supporters to the point that there is nothing but relief from us when the club pulls the pin and moves to Perth

They had an offer but refused. They hang on, and push forward, probably thinking they’re doing a great job.The clubs cooked … it’s over .. fold the joint and give the license to someone more worthy
I think the Tiger's would have more luck with a blind and deaf wedding planner who knows nothing about about Rugby league then to continue doing what we are doing I have nothing after yesterday's effortsStrategic plan?
They don't even have policies and procedures in place to stop the players from publicly supporting opposition teams.
They have a financial plan, clearly...
No concerns with fielding a first grade capable rugby league team tho.
I find it strange the plan isn’t public. Most orgs tend to at least have an abridged version of a strat plan made public.Yes there is a strategic plan but it is not public.
Mmmm . . . beer, crabs, prawns and lobster. The strategic plan would be to make sure they have enough beer prawns crab and lobster at all the board meetings
That's because as it was pointed out to me some time ago on the Forum that the huge majority of us aren't really members but season ticket holders.I find it strange the plan isn’t public. Most orgs tend to at least have an abridged version of a strat plan made public.
I think they should be a public document, I have written Strategic Plans in the past.I find it strange the plan isn’t public. Most orgs tend to at least have an abridged version of a strat plan made public.
I also don't think Season Tickets should be called memberships. That's because as it was pointed out to me some time ago on the Forum that the huge majority of us aren't really members but season ticket holders.
I guess it's on a need to know basis and we don't need to know apparently.
How bad is it that we have to hear news from the media weeks before it's announced on the website or even worse member emails.
I love this club, I just wish we weren't treated like a commodity.
A strategic plan that is kept secret is worthless. The club should have the plan out there so it can be tracked and people can be held accountable for how they are working to achieve these goals.I think they should be a public document, I have written Strategic Plans in the past.
Does it involve winning games?Yes there is a strategic plan but it is not public.
Nah mate. We just ask businesses no one has heard of for money. Then they tell us they can only pay us $5 but we do a photo with Pascoe anyway and chuck it up on the socials. We use that money to sign discards, we want to make sure washed up duds don’t run out of money before they’re 50. But it’s not the duds fault or the CEO’s fault, it’s all on the coach and the halfback.Does it involve winning games?
I would expect it to, I haven't seen it but have had conversations with the club about it. I have a fairly good idea about some of the directions that are included.Does it involve winning games?
