Mate, I honestly love that show. You are right it is so bad it is great, which means they did the perfect job of recreating the feeling of the original.

Wash your mouth out..the original when you're 10 is fantasmagorical..

When I was a kid I used to play with the garden rake, pretending I was pigsy. Not sure why I chose him over monkey!

Yeah it is, an Australian and NZ remake. 2 seasons so far.

I thought the new Monkey was awful and lacking everything that made the original a quirky cult hit.

Speaking of remakes, I liken it to the original Iron Chef with audio dubbing vs the American remake. The remake was just another cooking show and missed the point.

Plenty might consider it boring, but I've really been getting into Restoration Australia (on netflix and abc iview).
It's about restoring historic buildings, some of the episodes are better than others. One episode in particular about a mum, her daughter and the daughter's boyfriend doing up an old homestead at Warwick, Queensland (Rosenthal) was outstanding, I loved the bloke doing most of the work.

There's something really appealing about hanging onto our history and using old methods. An antidote to the more common "knock er down and replace er" atitude.

I’ve watched a few episodes of a Black Mirror. Messed up is an understatement.

Yeah Black Mirror is a classic, I was a bit disappointed there were only 3 episodes in the last season.

There's a few sc-fi fans on here which is good to see. Now that season 2 of The Mandalorian has finished, season 5 of The Expanse has just started - this show is excellent and well worth a watch.

Your post cracked me up. It took me forever to get through episode 1(2 days of restarting that actual ep) - as I didn't want to miss anything of importance.

Also thanks for the recommendation @willow, am thoroughly enjoying and am now at Season 2.

The Nine Inch Nails, "Hurt" episode is the only one I have watched and it is amazing. I recommend it to everyone.

If you like that style of show then VH1 storytellers is pretty good, I love the Pearl Jam episode of that.
