John Wick Equaliser Nobody

The John Wick movies are great.

Pure unadulterated violence. And a movie where you feel sympathetic for a bad guy doing bad things. I think if that was any other actor other than Keanu Reeves, it wouldn't have worked.

I watched The Suicide Squad a few days ago, that was cool - so much better than the first film which was just a horrible mess. Ensemble cast in this work much better, particularly Stallone as Killer Shark, Polka Dot man and Jon Cena's Captain Freedom.

(I think it is 10 bucks a month normally, I'll have to look). With lockdown I'm struggling to watch drama at the moment - don't know why. But I really like this service, has a great range of docos. Current fave is 'Collective' which won the Academy Award last year. It's about a fire in a nightclub in Belgrade, and how a sports newspaper starts an investigation, that basically brings down the government. Sounds unusual, I know, but I found it really gripping.
