Support Justin

Signing up for memberships is probably what the club needs now more than ever. We can support the club without supporting the NRL.
Cant let the scumbags break us.

Hopefully our "vigorous defence" of this will result in Pascoe being cleared and Greenberg sacked.

I feel totally abandoned by the game I have loved. I’ve been saying for ages that broncos get an unfair advantage - well now I’ll call it like it is - the NRL CHEATS. Run by the two biggest dickheads ever to hold management positions.
Roosters obviously Rort the cap - nothing
Broncos favoured every week - nothing
Sharks caught using drugs - next to nothing
Players rape women - next to nothing

I’m not a hate filled person but I could not be angrier than I feel now. The punishment fished out to our club is abhorrent.

I’ll write to that useless turd at the NRL again but as has happened in the past the useless prick will not respond.

Justin Pascoe on the other hand has responded every time I’ve communicated with him.

He is a great leader and I’ll be a part of any action to defend him or lodge our protest.

The only one to be sacked should be Greenburg. Fight the big fight Justin and then invest your time and resources in exposing Greenburg and his corrupt gang. It seems ridiculously over the top what the NRL is trying to do.

A banner always works.

Could highlight some of Greenberg’s greatest work.

Cover up of Ben Barba’s bruised partner.
Endorsement of shoddy testimonial matches

I am sure that there a a number of other stand outs in this dodgy worms career

Question, how long is the deregistration for?

Thats a good question dave and I dont think ive seen it mentioned in any of the articles Ive read on it.
Makes you wonder how difficult will the NRL make re-registering for him again if he gets to that point wether its with us or some other club?

I will channel my inner BBF.

A pitch invasion and sit in. 5000 people over the fence, what can they do

Im about to put the petition up. I would like some help / suggestions on wording

We need a slogan. Eg Jobs and Boats. Make America great. Children overboard.

Best I have is Justice for Justin

Happy if someone has a better suggestion.

Petition wording I have saved in draft change.org is as follows:
\
\
**We demand Justice for Justin**

Todd Greenburg has wronged Justin Pascoe, CEO of Wests Tigers

* We reject big punishments for paperwork issues
\

* We reject attempts to distract us from the Roostering that is happening to the Salary cap.
\

* We reject the treatment of a true gentleman of the game
\

* We reject the over the top fines to Wests Tigers

Reinstate Justin immediately as CEO of Wests Tigers

**We demand Justice for Justin**.

Behind you all the way Justin - take them to court for God sake.

This just smacks of unfairness, excessive sentence etc.etc.

Surely with Brydons Lawyers, Jaycar and Harry behind the Tigers they could take the NRL to the cleaners in a true court of law not an NRL kangaroo court.

Tigers should not be happy until Greenburg and Beattie have been forced to resign.

Justin is the best thing to happen to this club since its inception.

I support the club, it's management and players. I think the intended punishment far outweighs the infraction if there is one. I no longer trust the NRL and its supposed neutral oversight of the game. Take em to court Justin and the club in 2 x separate cases Inc defamation. If the NRL say this is serious breach compared to others let them show it in court before a judge and .compare / contrast other infractions and penalties resulting. To lump you in with the grub Flanagan is a farce and unjust. Keep your head up.

BTW until the penalty is appealed and decided why is Justin barred from WT. Denial of natural justice and employment rights surely. He is employed by club not the NRL.

People - it is great to vent on here but it wont do anything.

You need to get on to the NRL. They need to be bombarded with complaints.

You can contact them via nrl.com. I have today. Received two replies already. Just the standard response:

In regards to the incident with the Wests Tigers, the rules are clear around post-career roles. This type of agreement could be used by a club to keep a player at a reduced salary and a way around the cap. The payment should have been disclosed by the club and included in their salary cap.

It is important to stress these are preliminary findings and the club and Mr Pascoe have been given a reasonable time to respond to the proposed penalties.

Thanks again for taking the time to write to us.

They need lots of complaints so they cant ignore the masses.

Love how the NRL says the rules are clear but yet teams like the Roosters who clearly break them year in year out are never fined while they will always find a needle in a haystack with us.

Clear as brown paper bags… and always will be ..
We need to stop using glad wrap.

I am a huge fan of Justin Pascoe and have said so many times on this forum. I think the man is a very good, shrewd, slick professional businessman. A perfect CEO and he is ours and provided direction to build this club in the last few years. His honesty and integrity and open support for the cap and the NRL in recent years is well documented.

He has my 100% support, even though in real terms that means nothing. But I feel better saying it.

This whole sage stinks. Not only was the deal with Farah well known years ago, but do you want me to believe similar deals have not been struck with Slater, Lockyer, Luke Ricketson, Anthony Miniciello, you name it, they are all ambassadors. if you want me to believe none of them struck a deal during their playing days or if they were, the money was declared?

Golf skins games with $5K prizemoney a hole (to supplement their cap - Anasta 18 holes V Politis O holes), favors from sponsors, money hidden in the boot of sponsors cars, free meals and entertainment at sponsor establishments, free or subsidised rent on sponsors townhouses and units, jobs for players wives, all well known, and you are telling me this OPEN, HONEST and AND WELL KNOWN arrangement with Farah is an issue?

And lets just say there has been an error by Pascoe in the whole thing….....DEREGISTRATION? Mate, seriously, this is a cluster*** of the highest order by the NRL.

Uncle Nicks famous games. I remeber when I worked for a large finance company Nick played poker with our then CEO. THe CEO lost and 2 Roosters players recieved $150k sponsorships - Don't think we ever saw a moment of thier time to fullfil the sponsorship but they got the cash. I am guessing Nick looses a few hands of poker over the year especially when playing NRL stars just a guess though

They hide it pretty well (as do most large companies).

1\. Go to nrl.com
2\. Scroll right to the bottom 'Contact us'
3\. Toward the bottom is 'getting in touch' - put your complaint there and submit

Would be better to have Greenturd's email, but not listed.

Pascoe trumps Greenberg in all aspects of leading an organisation, yet it is Todd who has the audacity to "deregister" someone as significant as Pascoe. Greenberg should be the one banished for life, never to be mentioned in the NRL again
