Why don't we give them Julie and Denny to head up their board to save their club, even offer a few debentures to investors to give them a bit of a financial boost.

They wanted to be the only club to own their own stadium, but the development has gone south I believe. Well intentioned but a stadium out that way which can only hold 12,000 is a fairly poor investment, not sure how they ever planned to make money/see any significant capital growth. Due to the development, I don't know if they'd be able to increase capacity very much at all.

NRL recently bought the hotel adjacent to the ground, so maybe have acquired something else which was part of the development or perhaps the hotel is the 'asset' referred to.
