I was down at shark park the other week started talking with one of the shop owners and he said the sharks have over spent massive overs on the club and have run out of money to finish the club


Said the club was dumb because they get no rent from any of the shops there and went to lavish on the inside of the new club


And had no idea what they could do with no revenue for all the Shops leases creating revenue just for the landlord

The Federal Election is coming up, if the Coalition win maybe they could apply for a "regional grant".....like the one that famous "region" of Nth Sydney got, a "regional grant" for Milsons Point Swimming Pool as it was of "regional importance" according to the colour coded spreadsheets.
