Great move from Tigers. Thinking of fans will win advocacy. Good on them!

Maybe they should think like this moving forward ... like it or not this is the financial decision that needs to be made permanently BankWest or ANZ . The cats out of the bag when things get tough the hard decision has been made ... Quote - this is a financial decision Pascoe!!👍

Did anyone receive any email about restarting payments when they pledged their membership? In todays information it said you had to approve a revised payment plan, I pledged a while ago and never received an email about that, I have just been paying through the debit success website because they haven't been taking the money on the 9th of each month.

They seriously take the money out on the 9th? That needs to change.

Yes no wonder that is where we finish each year. Previous years it was the 1st which was easy to remember, I had a couple of times I didn't transfer money this year because it was on the 9th

i thought they are only allowed 25% of capacity at present hence ANZ can take 20k rather than 7k bankwest

I think 10,000 is the maximum number of people at an event

That is correct, it is 25% of capacity or 10000 people.

My family has 5 Season tickets which we paid in full last November. If we decide to “take the pledge” are we guaranteed to get our seats to the remaining home games or will it be decided by ballot.

That’s the issue I can not see them guaranteeing you a seat with the limited availability ... We decided to write off this season and went option 3 roll over for 2021 ... Imo this year is going to be tough on field lots interest !

I emailed them today and got a very non committal answer.

"Communications regarding access to our Round 8 game will be sent next Monday. As a pledged member you will be required to redeem a ticket to access the games.

Please keep an eye out on these communications next Monday. "

So you have to pledge your money by Sunday....but we’ll tell you if you can attend all games on Monday.
That’s actually ridiculous

No it was not obvious
technically speaking the third option is dont pledge and seek a refund for this year legally you have a ticket you have paid for and unable to use so is another option.
The rollover is best as i think allocation of tickets yaking out corporates (1000) at bankwest will be 6500 left and i presume a ballot will occur or a rotation for the tickets for the remaining 7 home games

I agree, it has been very poorly explained. I also think a pin for those that pledge is a bit of a cop out.

So even if we pledge we aren't guaranteed seats at games?

You are only guaranteed to be able get a seat..how it will work as I understand is every ticketed member who has pledged will receive an email to redeem a ticket for the game..once the allocation is exhausted.. that is all tickets redeemed for the number allowed in..you won't get one..
