Ozluke not sure how many members we have at wests tigers but i would say at present only 6500 seats available. Corporate boxes are cleaned and ready to go my understanding is they will not be catered and will be offered to corporate bankwest owners not season ticket holders so that takes out about 1000 spectators.
i think wests tigers have more than 6500 season tickets and not sure if they will have to allovate any tickets to away members so likely the allovation would be less. So i am thinking it will probably be handed out as an allocation e.g. you go to penrith game then your next game might be new zealand etc

Some guidelines should have been given before making people commit to an option.

Totally agree Cochise i dont think the club knows yet what those guidelines are from nrl.
i know the instruction from bankwest is to prepare the corporate lounge and suites and this would not be for wests tigers members to use yet the club hasnt come out and clarified how many seats may be available for wests tigers members

Agreed, I think our clubs hands are tired to the NRL tell them the guidelines and how many seats they have available for members

Then tell us that, some clarity would be nice.

its the gamble you take i guess i elected to rollover as im hoping in 2021 we will have all 12 games and be sweet with covid.
i just have this feeling vlandys might say half capacity may need to be away season tickets too which works for us for away games too i guess.
The team that use ANZ will get more capacity as i dont know if the boxes will be utilised at ANZ no direction to do so at this stage hence bigger capacity for crowds when it gets lifted to 25% that is 20,000
Difference is Bankwest have demanded the corporate boxes be ready to go for games and i think a deal will be done to use ANZ boxes at Bankwest games

From the get go we pledged ... now the club gives three options which is a bit late .Now the options have appeared from nowhere we have decided not to pledge but option 3 to roll over for next season with no bells and whistles ... I feel this is the option the club hopes most will take .

I'm willing to support the club, but want something in return. I could have traded my membership for $900 worth of merch if I went option 2, but I want to attend games, I love my club. Basically I'm risking $1000 to attend games and all the club really is offering is a pin. A bit of clarity when I am giving them $1000 is not too much to ask.

i want to attend games to cochise but i sat down and thought the chances of being allowed to attedn all remaining 7 home games is unlikely given we have 20,000 season ticket holders surely the club has to share it around for games to be fair to those thst pledge.
Also if you do option 3 you might not get tickets to games early but if we open up tickets in back end of season then as a general public younshould get a seat.
i think by august 1 the ticket capacity will increase further.
Did you see in the q&a the tigers are saying you get allocated a row to sit at not a guaranteed seat

Yeah I read it, I don't want to take money away from the club. I'm lucky to be in a position though my income has been effected I can continue to support the club. Every membership that rolls over to next year is membership $ the club loses next year, I was tempted to take the merch vouchers as that will still give the club some money for this year and my membership $ for next year. I'd just like some clarity around the process for obtaining tickets, the % of tickets that will be allocated to Wests Tigers members, Corporates and opposition etc. That would make the decision an educated one, not a guess or gamble.

The club hopes most take no action or chose option 1. Option 3 is the most financial impacting for the club.
If you chose 1, your confirming to the club that your membership sticks for this year regardless of whether you have the option to attend games or not.
Next year you buy a new membership and the club gets windfall from that once again.
I read it as though, taking no action is defaulted to option 1. However it is interesting that if you don’t pledge option 1 you won’t be considered for the ticket ballot.

what you also need to worry about with this ticket ballot is for example i have a family membership of 4 so if my name gets drawn then all 4 of my tickets get to go. To me that does not seem fair it should be if my name gets drawn only 1 of my 4 tickets can go unless subsequent tickets get drawn from my membership.
i enquired as i wanted to pledge 2 tickets and rollover two tickets but this was not allowed so by not allowing this if my membership comes up it is not one ticket they would give me but 4 for the game.

It has to be that way mate, what if the drawn ticket is a kids ticket, are they expected to go by them self?

true cochise it just limits the members who can get drawn

I know, it is so hard, just desperate to get to the game next week.

Need a tigers fan to give it to the panthers

Make sure to remind Nathan of his Tik Tok exploits

I rang them it's not a ballet..it's a done by redemption ..you will receive and email to redeem tickets ..put your member number down and those of the additional members you what tickets for..

A family of 4 will be able to redeem 4 tickets... it's once the allocation is exhausted then you won't be able to get a ticket

Soo if you really want to go get in straight away to ensure you get a ticket..if you left it to the day before the game then you probably wont get one

This will happen for the remaining games..
