I’ve pledge and hope to get tickets to a few games although I’d like to know the processes of getting people in and out before going.

Will be interesting if the club has an provisions to nominate other members you’d like to attend with. I go with other members but we are all on individual memberships

i think the club realised they had to offer option 3 of a rollover as it will not be able to accomodate all members.

What options are you talking about? I haven't been made aware of any options. I have 2 x Platinum Memberships. Are the options being offered to those with more expensive memberships? I've got no information at all about "options".

I received a phone call from WT this afternoon, they said that ticket allocation will be done on Monday.

Yeah, but there is likely to be more people that choose option 1 than can get into the game.

Option 1 is the only one where you get tickets for this year

Option 2 you trade tickets for merchandise
Option 3 you pay for next years membership

So what about membership levels? I’ve paid for (and pledged) two premium reserved seats. Do I get premium reserved seating or could I be in row ZZ?

There are social distancing measures in place so basically the whole allocation is like GA..you wont get your normal seat but allocated in a row..

Gee whizz..this is not the Clubs fault and unprecedented times..they are moving games to allow the largest amount of people to go...

You also can change your pledge even if you already have and go for option 3..roll over into 2021....

Not sure what the ‘Gee whizz’ is all about. Simply asking how they are going to allocate the tickets. How am I expected to scream at Nofoaluma when he runs infield from row ZZ?
Have no interest in changing my pledge. I’ll be there (as always) if I’m given a ticket. I’ve also applauded the club on their ground change.
You do realise that not everything the WestsTigers do is first rate and they are not beyond scrutiny hey?

This has been explained re allocation of seats on the website..

I don't think it is anything wrong as such, but providing information on how the seating allocation will work, numbers of tickets they are likely to have in comparison to membership is information that is reasonable to enquire about and discuss before the pledge option cutoff.

There is not information about how they will determine who will get tickets in that faq.

They have though..it will be by redemption through this email... Information regarding Member and fan **access for Round 8 will be communicated by the club on Monday, June 29**. Any Members who have further questions are encouraged to contact the club via membership@weststigers.com.au or (02) 8741 3300.

Except that is after the pledge cutoff.

And..don't see how that makes a difference..if you are pledging you get the guarantee to be able to get a seat..if your not it wont matter as you are rolling over..

There is no guarantee of a seat, that is the issue. I would like to know how they will determined which pledged members will get into the game and a rough idea of how many will get in. That is not a lot to ask.

This might not happen anyway ... the supermarkets are being stripped out as we speak the panic has started again!

At the risk of starting something here, it's why they tried bringing in that rule thousands of years ago, 'do unto others as you've have them do unto you', because most people don't do that.

The issue I have is other clubs seem to have this sorted and planned out, again we are making it up as we go.

Doubt they’d go that way would disadvantage too many people and be up for a manipulation. I’d say it will be some kind of ballot system - you put your name in for games you can attend each week and the names are drawn out. There are a heap of random name generators they can use to do this easily.
