Tamou set leave Cowboys

Of course Tamou would be a quality addition for us. But with only so much cap available you have to be smart about where you spend it, we have a quality front row rotation with decent depth at the moment. The money that could be spent on Tamou would be put to better use on other positions at the moment.

Must have missed his defensive effort on Friday night. I'd take the Sauce any day, even more with the spring in his step this season.

Don't need front rowers, we have a solid rotation already and plenty of talent coming through the ranks.

I would much rather see Beau Scott signed.
 
Give me Keefy any day, he is as good as any in plugging the middle, as he was even when battling and hampered by injury last year.
 
Could see him @ Manly, Saints or the sharkies making a play.
Couldn't see us signing the bloke.

He has a terrific season in '12 and has been poor since.
He was beyond woeful on Friday night, you will go along way to see 2 worse miss tackles for tries from anyone, much less, a rep player.
He has been on borrowed time for years now.
 
Some just need that change to rediscover their hunger and enthusiasm. You have to be 100% committed to truly succeed in this game and I have no doubt he'd come good with the right choice of club. But I don't think that should be us, we have other roster issues to address first.
 
We're well sorted for prop forwards it would seem. He is a class player when he's on though. He struggled last year and may just need a change of environment. Cowboys are 0/3 when a few people were touting them for top 4 finish. I know it's a long way off the end of the year and they could still well make it but they definitely don't look crash hot at the minute.

Im not sure he was ever a top class player, he was average for a few years, had an unbelievable season, and has been worse than average since.

Average player who caught fire for a season.
 
We need a big forward , he would fill that spot , when big red , Marty and woods were off we had no go forward as soon as they got to us they stopped us , woods stood up in takes , red and Marty pushed forward , we need one more , he needs a change of club and wants to come back to Sydney ,change is good , we also need to buy a centre ,,Chris is a great club man but he needs to be put else where , back row
 
Their has to be far better options than Tamou and once a players form dips for a extended period they seldom find it at another club
 
Tamou would want big dollars and I think Saints would offer him that.

Don't know what sort of money Kade Snowden would be wanting but he has been killing it so far this season but he is off contract so maybe that's why he has been playing so well.
