Tapped on the shoulder

Going by the scores in koe and jersey flegg there's a few who have been tapped on the shoulder.
I'd love to know who they are as where got a few to fit in next year

Hopefully there's a bit more then tapping on the shoulder.... A few size 10s up the back sides seems to be well & truly required... Big turnover needed... Thought the juniors were going well
100%.
Juniors are ok. Nothing special though. If we are relying on them to carry us to the finals I’d suggest we may wait a fair while longer yet.

I think I need some reassurance now from Paws and Claws about all the top juniors about to come through the ranks into the NRL team 😑

Agreed. Obviously McKenna and Lambkin aren't up to it. Need new pathways coaches immediately.

The Flegg side has primarily featured none of them until the season was nearly over.

Most of our best juniors were first year SG Ball and first year Harold Matthews players so a lot of them will start the year in SG Ball again, some of the particularly good ones will skip Flegg entirely and be starting the year in NSW Cup if not NRL.

I would expect our NSW Cup side to be improved and would hope our Flegg side can perform better next year but the Flegg side is a tricky one to get right for a struggling club because you kind of are compelled to rush the best young talent past that level.

To put it into perspective Bula, Tupou and Pole are still Flegg age. They probably took too long giving debuts to TDS, Mason, Galvin and the other SG Ball kids, even Feledy.

If they wanted to take Flegg seriously they could have.

For all the talk about our "Pathways "? We don't seem to produce much !
Not many graduating and a few repeating to go around in lower levels again ..Almost pointless maybe if all grades called Wests Tigers it might be more meaningful
Like a change of name change would make a difference. Wake up.

Has Galvin gone? Wouldn’t surprise me with his path now bottle necked. 😩

Look at Pole, Tupou, Bula, in the NRL. Our juniors can and do produce quality but at our club they learn in the top grade. Expect a few more next year.

They are in the side now and Tupou is far from a finished product …

Half a dozen more are needed quickly, so I hope they are there
