it was a stupid grubby punch on bird, before that a punch on gallen… low indeed..

If he is a low life grub then so is Aussie Tamou. He deserved a smack in the head about 3 times I counted. That was pretty grubby though from Tate…

What a dog he is
A low low act

It was disgraceful and IMO was a send off. No sin bin, send off. It wasn't that he was being held or was defenceless. It shocked me that he punched straight down while the player's head was pinned on the ground. That is NOT cool. Head stomps, elbow/knee drops and straight down punches to head against the turf could get your arse kicked back in even the biff era… by your own team mates. You don't do that ****.

Have to agree with those sentiments otho…I love a knuckle as much as the next bloke, but when your opponent cant fight back because he is restrained or gone, then thats the end of it.

The worst of it was his head had no where to re-coil….normally a blow would see the force cause the head to be forced back from the blow, his head being pinned on the ground would make those punches have twice the effect or more

I feel the same way.
I used to think he seemed like a nice guy but after that low, unforgivable act he is nothing but a dog.
If he wasn't a neck-brace wearing cripple he would have been penalised. But he comes across as the victim.

I reckon you're right. He looks like he rode the short bus to the ground and should be wearing a Stak-Hat on a permanent basis so the refs are probably thinking "Nah, I'll look pretty low penalising this poor fella, he's been penalised by life enough as it is".
