the recruitment that’s been done has been outstanding for a club who’s got three wooden spoons . it was the biggest problem when Madge was coach , no one wanted to come here . despite the losses on the field it is a huge achievement by benji and richo . hopefully the flow on will be results on the field eventually .

Yeah, recruiting problems have plagued the club from day one but the root cause of them spoons was the ridiculous Cleary /Pascoe contracts. We overpaid for mugs who weren’t here to win. Madge started the clean up.

I reckon is has a bit to do with the board. I'm sure it's a controversial topic and this was the safest way to avoid drama and let the doubters dip their toe in the water with him.
