Taylor

Thats some great achievement considering all our gun players are 12 months older and we came second last in 2015\. We are only higher in table because of Parra debacle ,Newcastle uncompetitive ( we are still the only team they have beaten ), East & Souths internal dramas.

Excuses, excuses, excuses. Must be fun watching your team win and getting no joy out of it whatsoever.

I love supporters that are use to mediocrity and accept that as a norm. This club has no culture because of the of the acceptance of this failure to achieve.A few wins and you find that acceptable. I don't. Until the club changes culture it will never succeed nor attract members or good players.

Last time i looked, we won today, and as a result remain 2 points out of the 8\. And as has already been pointed out to you several times, we are improving. Our ladder position is proof of that. 15th last yr, currently 10th 12 months later, with still a very realistic shot at making the finals. The more and more we win, the more the argument against Taylor is becoming our ladder position is still too low. And it is, 10th is too low, but we're only passing through 10th position. It's apart of the journey, not the destination. To simplify it for you, think of the 8 as point C. Where we were last yr in 15th, that is point A. Where we are now in 10th is point B. You cannot get from A to C without passing through point B. Nobody accepts mediocrity, but some of us have a better understanding of what the term actually means compared to others.

But it's pathetic and blatantly obvious that now we are in striking of distance of the 8, there are a section of the supporters who can't hack the improvement in progress that's been made, and say that it's still not good enough to constitute any kind of credit. And people call Taylor a small, petty man. He has nothing on those who hate him.

Sooo agree.I think the best logic Ive got from JT haters is he shouldnt be coach cause he looks like a scarecrow.Kind of highlights the average intelligence of those that hate him.Shouldnt coach first grade cause of his looks.Or the guy has ego cause he believes dirty laundry shouldnt be aired in public.Hmmm.Ok.Would rep you but after the win today the rep machine mysteriously broke down.Rep machine operator where are you????We won today and the positive people deserve some rep.

You and all the Farah haters believe what you want yo believe. The facts are that this club from the management to coach are clueless in how to run a successful club. This evident by lack of success this club has had since inception (other than 2005). we have made final 8 only 3 times in 16 years and you believe we need to go through point B to get to point C. We never get to point C because ,like you and many other losers you are happy to reach point B only. You need to get a grip a face reality if this club is ever to become competitive.

You say Farah hater well I'm a tiger lover. And I love the thought of watching the Wests Tigers next year with another $900,000 in the salary cap and minus a player who is trying his best to white ant his 3rd coach in succession.Quite frankly I am also very excited by Jacob Liddle as he certainly looks the goods too.Tell me how do you think Wayne Bennett,Geoff Toovey,Des Hasler or Craig Bellamy would have handled Wobbie's latest public spat???I ask because these coaches are also the one's year in year out who have the best cultures in the NRL.

If you were tiger lover you would want your best 13 players starting the match every week. Are you saying Farah is not in the best 13 at Wests. If you deny this you are another dreamer and need to come out of your coma.

When Taylor is in the same league as bennett, bellamy, hasler or toovey-I would accept his judgment. he is wet behind the ears & has had no success at any other club. We got him cheaply and you get what you pay for.

I think Moses..as was proven today and Brooks play better without Wobbie as they are forced into more of a playmaking role.I like Liddle a lot for next year and I would suggest Wobbie's $900,000 could go to two top line Backrowers and then we would be in the finals next year guaranteed. We would have an outside chance at the premiership next year too.Too late now re next year and backrowers but we would certainly be in a much better cap situation. Not to mention it would mean we could tie up ET also.

I agree with what you are saying but, the problem is not solved bless Farah leaves and is paid out in full or accepts a compromise to leave.. Unfortunately this incompetently managed club have pit themselves in this position and are now unable to extricate themselves from this deal. So, unless he leaves he should be in the top grade, unless there is a better hooker in the club. Tomorrow starts today.

If you stopped and thought about things for awhile, you might realise that the culture is exactly what is the focus of JT right now. He and many of the supporters are absolutely sick of players running the show.

Agreed.Today's win showed character considering Wobbies whinge and as a whole you can tell on and off the field the club is moving full steam ahead away from its rabble and towwards much better days.

Full steam ahead how? How is Taylor focussing on culture? by selecting the best 17 players available?

Absolutely agree WD,here are a couple of stats….

1\. Membership is up this year from 9000 to 14000
2..25 new corporate customers than last year
3..gameday crowds up by 30% on last year

I think that the club is heading in the right direction,JT getting the young guys to start controlling the game and being firm on his stance in which direction he wants this team to go is also contributing to a positive culture...and we have been winning....

Awe crumbs..I thought this could of been about Elijah Taylor…

Awesome again yesterday...

The coaches coach
The Players play
The administrators administrate
The Fans enjoy
West Tigers supporters traditionally have little to enjoy toward the end of the season, but this year we just might have , so let's do our own job , enjoy while we can

I stand by the coach making a decision with Farah
Don't know if right or wrong

but it puts all players on notice the coach calls the shots we have been asking for a coach to make tough calls for years. Let's hope he consistent and runs the show

Good luck Taylor

If that's the case when is he going to do something about our right side defence. The top 8 teams we mee after next week will make mincemeat out of them

I dont have a problem with Taylor dumping Robbie to SC. The thing I have a problem with is that to me it seems like he's dumping him because of a vendetta rather than the betterment of the team. If he was trying to fix the team, I think there are other players that need to go before Robbie does, Rankin and Ngama come to mind. From my point of view and without knowing the ins and outs of what's going on behind the scenes, I feel like we have bigger issues than Robbie.

yes ,agree with you chris.

taylor contradicts himself when he talks about farah not being in the top 17.

rankin, lovett, kevvie should have been dropped before farah,if form is the yardstick.

taylors rhetoric is a bore.he says a thousand things without saying anything.he should put a media ban on himself as well as the players.

let pascoe do the post game conferences,or the team captain.
