Stirring(trying) the pot I see….if you honestly feel not much has changed, where have you been all off season?!?
@Tiger Watto said:The numbering system goes back a long way and is representive of the old Inside and Outside Centre Positions. It would go 1 / 2 / 3, 4, 5 (in a straight line) to form the backline.
As a result of the switch to Left and Right Centres [early 80's I think], the #4 switched to the side the 2 was on. Traditionaly in todays game, the current numbering/naming of a squad looks like this:
1\. Fullback
2\. Left Wing
3\. Right Centre
4\. Left Centre
5\. Right Wing
So with the naming of this team, I would assume Rowdy is the Left Centre.
Thanks for making me feel old! :frowning:
