I dunno who this Jock Madden is but I did not see that player for the first few years he was at the club.
He has levelled up at the broncos . He’s playing like Temu Reynolds . And there is nothing wrong with that

lol we have zero evidence to back this up yet.

He’s a different player to TDS. Was half most of his juniors and moved to 9 around 15yr old.
He’s a lot stronger defensively , and has soft hands out of the ruck . 2 things TDS really has struggled with .
Also he has a kicking game , something TDS tried to develop , but it’s TBD right now .

They finished the half off well. Attard and Jock will be applying pressure on Bula and Doueihi from reserve grade. Along with Skelton and Herbert.

I think id try to fit skelton and maka mate.... i think skelton made more difference to us than toa last year.
Cant remember last time we had 3 options at centre of FG quality

The first 20/25 minutes was far too passive allowing the rorters to control the game however the intensity from the team has lifted massively and we look much better and are back in the game because of it.
Hopefully they continue the effort.

Even in a trial im always surprised when a team in our jersey plays with intensity


If only we could get 80 minutes from a team at this club

Yea I think he has . Even the way the ball is coming off the boot . It looks more natural and powerful . Like some guys try to kick the pea through the ball and goes nowhere (this guy right here) , but others just have the timing . I always felt like madden seemed to have to really boot it to get distance . Now he’s mixing like Reynolds . Natural and with ease .

Jesus. You guys are hard markers, the ball was tapped into him from an attempted intercept so he had zero reaction time, and still almost took it, and also he really cared about missing it .. he was filthy , that means a lot
