TEDDY NOT FITTING IN

The sad truth is he is flourishing at roosters which was inevitable.

Even woods is happy.

Its called success. Both have are real chanch at s GF and title in year 1.

Still hurts but thats the truth.

Tedesco isnt playing any better this year than what he showed with WT. Neither is Woods. Playing for clubs with bottomless pits of money/outside bonuses is always going to equate to a greater success rate.
Both Woods and Ted took some cheap shots at WT after their departure. Pretty pathetic from them IMO, particularly Tedesco the ungrateful flog who apparantly forgot WT stood solid by him throughout his injury-riddled time at the club.

What would you expect them to do
He was one of only a few players we had, that were genuine first grade players.
If he was not looked after he would have gone long ago, apart from the fact that he was hurt playing for the club and had to be looked after because his contract required it
He owes nothing.

Yeah I'm sure that's how he looks at it too. That's just how selfish flogs see the world…

it goes both ways, if WT could cut off players like e.g. Ryan, Gibbs, Heighington, why wouldn't Tedesco (arguably with Woods our best player by miles) look for better conditions, salary and o top of that play finals every year, and automatic selection for Australian FB ?

Congrats Teddy. Now that he has a ring, I wonder if he is more likely to come back to the Tigers after his contract is up. Does he want to emulate what Lebron did with Cleveland?

Hopefully not - don't need him or want him.

Agreed he treated the club badly twice

funny how some 'experts' on this forum that said "Tedesco is has been, cannot teach old dog new tricks, he cannot/want pass the ball, he lost his speed, he cannot run properly, he shall play wing/center, we have better FBs etc etc' were complaining loudest when he left, has someone said HYPOCRICY?
Please explain :brick: :deadhorse:

It’s kinda pathetic to want him back now. Doesn’t matter how good he is, it’s a principle thing. He can go and rot.

All the guys congratulating him might as well buy a Rorters jumper

Kind of like your ex girlfriend leaving you for a millionaire and then you send her a bouquet of flowers on her wedding day.

I'll purchase his hell ticket, bearded flog

As painful as it is to admit, he had the last laugh… $1m contract and a premiership ring in his first year away from the tigers....

Christ there’s some salty responses in this thread. Like it or not, going to the Roosters was a good career move for him. Year one of the new contract and he already has a ring. And despite what you all say, the majority would welcome him back with open arms if he were to come home in a few years. Time heals all wounds… ask Cleveland fans how they felt when Lebron came back and won the city it’s first professional sports trophy in 50+ years. They might be dirty on him now because he left again for the Lakers, but they don’t win that championship without Lebron

Russ, You just gave the perfect example of why we are probably a long, long time away from adding to our one and only Premiership.
