Should we not be trying to put weight on certain players (Moses, Martin). Not eating bread or pasta is counterproductive in their cases.

it's probably tailored for each player.
also, the 'no breads no pastas' could be there for different reasons. i'm not a nutrition expert but perhaps something to do with **complex versus simple carbs (like white bread vs wholemeal).** Or they're getting their calories and whatnot from some other source if they're trying to put on weight.

This sort of stuff I can never work out.
As you know about these things pHyR3, how about helping a few of us with long acquired beer bellies with a few simple tips on what to eat (or not to eat) to help get rid them.
