Tedesco injured

I've gotta say, i'm really worried to be honest.

Not about the injury, but about him in general. Hi knock on's have not just been in this game, he's had several knock on's on every game this year, along with some real troublecontesting & reeling in the high ball.

I'd also have to say i haven't really seen him make a good solid impressive line break yet either.

Suspect hands, and struggling in attack… i hope he becomes the player we want him to be, but i'm really concerned.

Fairly sure Teddy just walked back onto the field after halftime?

YES, on the field!

Nothing wrong with him at that stage of the game….Took a hit on the point of his hip. It hurts like hell and that is why he collapsed. I thought he had done his knee again but all seems good.

Took a hit??

Was just starting to run the ball back and he stopped dead. Something went. We will have to wait and see if it is serious.

He had a shocker anyway. Really bad hands.

Dis Sironen play?? He was ordinary as well.

On the plus side, I thought Reddy went ok.

Yeah we do Alexaki…that is why it was such a retarded decision to select him in the first place. He has played poor and maybe injured...exactly what I expected from this game.

Let the kid have a year in firsts, cement his spot and work out his roles and field placings and then we'll reasess how he is going. Selecting him for rep football at this stage of his career was lunacy bordering upon sabotage.

Definitely agree. What's the hurry in bringing them up so quick? With ordinary luck both Tedesco and Sironen have a promising long career ahead of them.

Ted got a whack when trying to stop Uarte scoring in the first half - wonder if he got a needle at half time which might have worn off. He was trying to pick up rubbish balls all game - especially the one when Hoffman made a bust and Tedesco would've been under the posts if the Hoff can just pass Left to Right - anyone seeing his pass the ball effort last Sunday on the Footy Show will attest to Hoff's hopeless passing skills.

All our blokes were pretty 'meh' today

If Teddy aint careful he'll end up with Matthew Reicks old nickname

That said both teams were pretty meh…..you could see they werent giving it everything, this will be the last City Country game imo

Thought Reddy had a good dig.
Sironen looked lost and Tedesco had a game he'll want to forget.
Regarding the two young blokes I agree they were thrown in too early - but they sure didn't grab their chance to shine in a lacklustre game.

Did you notice who the two players were that couldn't handle uate from the scrum when he threw the polo pass for country to score. Siro and Reddy.

Only positive is what Teddy and Sirro take out of the game. Their selections were as replacements and with a view to the future. It shows how highly rated they both are. They would've learnt an awful lot this week from training to the game. They may not have had great games but it in some ways, that's irrelevant.

sirro was terrible at 5/8.. no passing game whatsoever.. no connection with reynolds whatsoever

hope he is never picked at 5/8 again tbh

I think Ink was referring the other nickname Rieck had. FPF was the acronym for it as I recall.
