wouldnt even be too hard to implement. Couple of anonymous tips, tell teddy about it and what to say to the media and bob's your uncle.

Okay, I emailed Grant Mayer yesterday regarding Teddy and to his credit I got a rather lengthy and logical reply within 30 minutes. I won't go into detail what Mayer said, but at a high level:

*This Teddy situation will be over in a few weeks(so this links in with Inks theory)…
* If Teddy wants to stay with the WT he will be retained.
* Mayer won't be bullied by sponsors, board or fans into making an irrational decision on Teddy
*Mayer won't get into a bidding war or pay overs to keep any player...WT will always pay fair and market rates.
*Poor player contract decisions pre-dating Mayer are still hurting us...and Mayer wont let any rubbish like that affect us again!

I'm more confident we will retain Teddy....

IMO our best signing the last 12 months has been Mayer as CEO!

Find it hard to believe that some on here are suggesting we offload young Sirro, The boy was running amok last year and would be in our pack barring his injury at the nines. How quickly some forget. I expect him to come on in leaps and bounds now that he will be focusing on a permanent move to the backrow.

Not only does he possess a lot more skill than most second rowers, even at his young age, his little (okay huge) brother Bailey is as good as any other junior out there and we will want to keep him in our system as well.

we paid 500k for Blair, not worth it obviously. If I were melbourne i'd let him go (which is exactly what they did).

Similarly, if the chooks can offer tedesco 700k then he should take it (unless he wants to stay here for less) and we should part ways.

If he signs with the roosters, make him ride the pine for a year. Don't let him touch a footy and slap a total media ban on him. If he isn't seen or heard of for 23 rounds nobody will remember him and it will be a wake up call for every other junior who tries to hold the club ransom after a about half a season in total of consistent 1st grade matches, the nrl, the tigers, and the squad are bigger than any player and they need to know this or we will just have another benji Mach 2
