He actually plays the ball playing lock type of role already.
The challenge is we don't have anyone to replace him with in the front row...
If we sign someone in the off season then I don't mind this.
But for season 25 I think we leave him as is

Media have been against May being picked for weeks. At first I thought they just had it out for the Tigers, but got a feeling uncle Nick from the roosters has had a word with the media and selectors.... doesn't want roosters to look any dumber for letting him go

Anyone else see any issues? Would assume they'd be seen in his missed tackle stats if they could be exploited

There does appear to be a media agenda against the Tigers …why I don’t know ,,,but they want to fuel this narrative that if you go to the Tigers then dont expect to be picked for representative games…

I’d make sure May knew what they were saying and that they are gunna pick little mighty boy instead for SoO, and l’d remind just before he runs out on the field.
 
Terrell missed a few tackles last week against St.George, I think something like 38 tackles/3 missed/3 ineffective and efficiency around 86%.

I thought it was one of his less effective performances, probably playing longer minutes than he should be playing and it may be starting to take a toll.

If he's got the flaws that they claim, then I am pretty sure that Bellyache will try to expose those flaws today.

If that is the case then I reckon that will give the big fella something to work on and because he is as dedicated as he is, I'm sure that he will fix it.

Could be just Riccios opinion. It wouldn't be the first time he has tried to pass his opinion off as fact. Anasta showed him up beautifully for that on 360 weeks ago.

We have Twal who plays like a prop. Simply switch them to start !

The NRL media always fail to provide context.

He misses tackles when he gasses which is after playing about 65 mins straight (more sometimes).

He wouldn’t be playing the same minutes in Origin but Daley is a useless coach anyway so I don’t really expect him to pick the right team.

Also part of a broader media agenda against the club. Kind of stems back to when we had a restructure of the board post 2014 season and Marina Go publicly said News Ltd journos were being unfair and biased in their reporting against the club. Stupid fight for the club to pick really.
 
I can understand people preferencing the more experienced origin props over May, but people talking about Stefano as an option are blind. I don't see anything in his game that stands out above average NRL prop. In fact, given he is a weak defender (not in missed tackles but in his lack of impact), I'd have him has slightly below average. Plus he's often caught out not moving in the defensive line.

It's a little disappointing that all it's taken for him to get back in origin picture is a move to Melbourne rather than any improvement in his game.

What are journalists seeing in his play that stands out?
 
Blues win without may... We hear nothing...

They lose without may and there's defensive issues in the middle.. we still probably hear nothing .

It's tough for tigers players to make reps.. there always seems to be a reason why
