The lack of decoys and players in motion is a clear deficiency in our team when compared to the top teams. A team that hasn't settled and there is no creativity or putting the opposition in two minds. Maybe aspirations of top 8 this season was fairytale stuff I thought purely by the additions to the squad we would win more games. That said, most punters predicted we would be where we are, 14th.

The only thing our decoys are good for is having a try disallowed due to them causing an obstruction.

The only characteristics that May lacks are that he is not an aggressive tackle buster and that he plays the ball way too slowly. He gets good pcms but wastes that momentum with how long it takes him to get up and ptb. He is always complaining to the ref and angling for a penalty but he should focus on playing the ball quickly.
Pole on the other hand has been pretty disappointing this season. Really needs to fire up and play with more intent and aggression.

This. Both good players but need to get better at identifying when we just need an old fashioned hit up and quick PTB.

Making the top 8 consistently is harder than it seems. When you look at the clubs who regularly do it and you examine their rosters and compare them to ours. Compare their competitiveness through the grades over time. Then look at their club management and financial positions.
Unfortunately we don’t stack up too well.
There is a lot that we need to achieve before we become one of those clubs and we can better one of the clubs that have been successful for years. They all keep trying to improve at the same time which makes it even harder.

His laughable coaching and team selections was certainly on the nose.

What I love about the vlogs when he talks with other players, it gives you some insight into how close they are with each other. You can see it's a really close group.

Was interesting how they touched on our results this year and they said if people knew what we were building from inside they wouldn't be saying that. Not sure on the merits of the comment, but they certainly believe in the coach.

Not everyone is into the same things outside of football ( eg gamers, gardening,nfl,). Where you get any large group of different people there’s always different dynamics of groups.
Just because they mightn’t hang in the same social circle doesn’t mean they don’t get along
What matters is that on the pitch they are all one

Can someone explain why Cooper Cronk continually calls Terrell Tie-Rell when commentating our games.
Cronk's an assistant at the Roosters so he knows his name. I can only assume it's some sort of petty insult.
Unprofessional at best and childish.

I don’t see that as anything profound. Most playing groups are close knit. At the end of the day though, it matters for naught if you are not winning enough games.

If having a clique means we avoid spoons and start winning, by all means recruit more players to the clique!!
