It's simple, if he's convicted he's stuffed. The NRL won't be doing the Tigers any favours.

Broncos...friends in high placesI still can't believe the punishment Ezra got. Forget the NRL, it's a private organisation but with the criminal "justice" system.
Even his bother terrell said hes crazy...up one minute down the nextHe assaulted his partner (female)
Lost his job at the Panthers.
Then there's new charges including breaching the AVO and stalking, which he's pleading not guilty too.
Messy situation.
I just honestly hope he's spent the last year + getting himself the right help needed to sort himself out... saw a report he's been volunteering with disabled people and whatnot but this isn't the first incident and he seems very unhinged.
I've seen family's with 3 or more boys and the youngest always tries to match the olders and is often a certain type of personality which I see a lot in Taylan.
Tyrone has also done something right? Did he leak a tape or was a victim of a tape?He assaulted his partner (female)

I watch a lot of Super League and Tyrone is trash.Tyrone, playing at #13 for the Tigers, would be an interesting get, for mine.

I don't know, the criminal system I thought was based on precedence. I am pretty sure he admitted guilt too but the punishment was nothing but a loss of license and community work.Mam is a bronco and it was in QLD,that explains it all.
I guess he didn't leak it, but still can't believe there wasnt a jail term for this.![]()
NRL player Tyrone May sentenced to community service over sex tapes
A judge questions whether Penrith Panthers player Tyrone May showed remorse as she hands down a three-year community corrections order after he plead guilty to filming a sexual act without consent.www.abc.net.au
Yuk.Tyrone, playing at #13 for the Tigers, would be an interesting get, for mine.
Damn it, where's Lee when you need him. 🤣I guess he didn't leak it, but still can't believe there wasnt a jail term for this.
Either our jails are overcrowded that they can't afford to put these guys in or they're under crowded if these offences don't have sentences.
I got no knowledge of the legal system so maybe some lawyers here can enlighten us.
Some may bag him, but Terrell and the other boys put together the best or most interesting thing that has come out of WT in a while.
Haha yeah most of them sound like they started speaking English only last tuesday.Man those guys are thick as.
Let's hope some football related knowledge is somehow making it into those vessels of emptiness atop their shoulders.
Why is his nickname Tiny bro?Deserving of it's own thread.
Taylan May has his court date on March 10th.
If he is found guilty of any if the 6 charges....
What does that mean for his future?
He's already sat out a year.
Is his career over?
With what we saw with Ezra recently, could something similar occur ? Time served, a fine and mandatory training, community work, etc.?
The NRL is big on second chances but the charges brought forward and the bigger concern is the character of the person.
Thoughts?
Mate, with the amount of avenues this could take through his solicitors having successfully dragged it out for so long, the hostility of the witness, and the fact that most judges recognise real remorse and also the human nature factor often behind he-said, she-said singular DV events like these - it’s likely what he did was bad enough. Again, not always/usually how these things play out in court but my head says he’ll address the issues presented on the day and get off scot-free.The NRL has to be careful here.
Violence against women is a huge issue in this country and rightly so.
Whilst we must be aware of the havoc that the "me too" movement caused in convicting innocent men, Taylan will have his day in court and receive the chance to clear his name. Hopefully the verdict is respected either way.
If what he did was bad, he is done.
