I am heading down to tonights game from the gold coast, i am coming down for my last time to see ellis play live in tiger colours, he did not play when we played titans earlier in the year so this is my way of saying thanks for the good few years you gave us ellis hopefully we can thank you with a premiership ring.

Read a bit in this mornings paper, it really only just hit me he's going. He said when he came he was just another pom trying to make it into the NRL, he leaves as a Wests Tigers player with commitments and lifelong friends.
Class act all the way Gaz!!
 
I find it hard to believe that he won't point any young gun Pom he's connected with in our direction. He could still play a role for us for yrs to come

Love your commitment. 6 of us making the trip from ctown, hope it's a happy train trip home! If we only have 1 more win this season I'm praying it's against st. Yawn. Filthy mob they are.

I was there until a stomach virus decided to wake me up at 4am this morning… Will be watching this one rugged up in bed, hopefully the boys give me something to cheer while I periodically top up the bucket.

Expecting a bigger game from Ellis tonight.
 
Wasnt it Mark O'Neill who encouraged Ellis to come to the Tigers? Ellis is linking up with Peter Gentle again so I reckon they'll definitely work at directing a few poms our way. Especially now Graham and all the Burgess clan are here
