I can remember Bryce Gibbs calling wests tigers a sinking ship… And that many more players will jump ship with him...
Just wondering how that ships holding up mr Gibbs...

Don't slip the boot into Gibbs. Can't blame the guy for having a few parting shots considering the way he was treated.

Im with you on that. Guy was treated really poorly from the club, however must say I like lote's reply, pretty funny.
 
Nothing funny about all of this….pretty sad for the game with the potential to basically screw the season before its started

The game keeps testing my patience and im continually getting disillusioned with it....got better things to spend my money on

Yeah,also Tom Waterhouse buying his way into Nine's coverage will really give the game credibility.

Whose fault is it - some players - some management? My biggest dislilusionment with the game is the increasing emphasis on betting in the sport. Betting scandals have occured yet betting agencies are allowed to use prime advertising time during NRL TV coverage.
 
Its only because they have big wads of money that they wave in front of cash strapped clubs and administration. I would love to see it gone, but unfortunatley it will be here to stay for a long time.
 
The modern day player and i speak for most not all it's all about them. Now let them be responsible.Ultimately the buck stops with them get paid big bucks take the responsibility .In saying that love you Bryce

The more of this ASADA debacle goes on, the less integral the season becomes… Watered down playing rosters, potential forfeits (extreme) coaches being punted... = gives the competition less credibility meaning any premiership winner in 2013 will be tagged with the 'oh thats when a chunk of the teams had half their players out' - nobody wants that.

the whole saga is made worse by not knowing how big it is and how bad it is going to be when it comes out . With all the staff getting punted it seems legit… not good for anyone. except maybe barba.
 
To be perfectly honest I have stopped watching and reading about this saga.

I have seen two quality games with some of the best ond most consistent reffing in years and that is what I am going to focus on
