Well if this loss doesn't drive it threw the powers that be heads that we need a halfback then nothing will.

Management need to dust off the chequebook, blow off the cobwebs and buy Cronk. Throw the chequebook at him, release players if you have to.

The main reason WTs havn't competed at the business end of the season is the lack of organisation by the half, sans Prince. The last four years has confirmed that over and over. Sheens somehow carn"t see it, hopefully Humphries can.

We cannot make an impression in this competition without a dominant half.

FIX IT WTs !!!!!!!!!!!!!

We would have won today if Sheens picks players in their correct positions,so blame the super coach if you are looking for a target.

Seriously guys. We have 3 half backs injured…..turn it up

and a quality half playing for BRET.

Lazarus? Tried and failed. He is not ready yet.

Tried and failed where? at wing? centre? or fullback? which position would you say he failed at? Just so we can get a prospective on this.

Is that why we had a hooker playing half, a second rower playing hooker and the a half playing hooker at the end?

wouldnt help he'd play cronk as a forward coming off the bench lol

I can see it now in the press release after we sign cronk

'i'm confident he can become our John Morris,' Tim Sheens

This, let Lazzo play half and not 3 positions in 1 night. His confidence must be buried after what Sheens has done to him.

Wherever he played, he is not first grade material yet and this is a result of the 2 seasons out of footy. I don't care who it is. You can't just come back from 2 seasons out of footy, debut in first grade and stamp any authority on a match. I'm not bagging the kid, he'll come good, but he is not ready. If you think otherwise, good luck to you. We'll agree to disagree.

Who else could have played half considering the injuries we have? Farah was the only logical choice. Saddling the 4th choice halfback with steering the team around the park was never going to work. I think Farah did a good job out of position. I think Fulton did an excellent job too. We all but won that game. To the Roosters credit, their defence out wide was good all day and as a result, kept us to 1 try. Lazarus at half would not have helped us win that game. They had clearly worked on keeping the edges tight and by the time we realised we should be taking it up the middle, it was too late.

We don't need to buy a halfback … it's just our first choice one is out for the season because he did his knee against the Cowboys.
